The hotel has its own pier, a waterbusstop next door and a direct waterbus connection to the airport. Great! It is expensive, just because its Venice. |

Beautifully decorated rooms and perfect location. Away from (but in sight of) the busy Rialto area. City waterbus stops right outside as does the airport waterbus. Lift access (not all hotels have this). Breakfast was bountiful but same choice every day (no variety). |

The location is good, just near of Grand canal and ocean bus stop. I think they need to change the carpet in the floor. It's a little bit too old and looks not so cleaned. |

the room was like a tunnel and the small canal next to the window stank of garbage.in our order for the room we said that it was our honeymoon night and we were hoping for something a little more special, the hotel staff did not aknowledge the occasssion at all not even with a kind word. |

We liked its beautiful location on the Grand Canal, the delicious Bellinis in the bar overlookibng the canal, our room and the wonderful friendliness of the staff. |

The staff were exceptional, incredibly courteous and outgoing. Room was immaculate and decorated very ornately. Views from balcony were breathtaking. Address of San Marco was misleading on reservation. We took a public water taxi to the San Marco stop but the Hotel was clear across town at the San Angelo stop. This was very frustrating and a long walk to the Hotel. |

The location of this hotel is great, especially with a vaparetto stop right outside. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the room was lovely and we loved the whirlpool bath. I would definitely say that the hotel made our long weekend in Venice amazing and very romantic! |

Vriendelijk en correct personeel; mooie klassieke kamers alle maal met bubblebad was erg aangenaam en ontspannen na intensieve dag. Ligging zeer goede aan Canal Grande en watertaxi voor de deur. |

La situation géographique trés pratique, l'acceuil, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, beaucoup de charme. Le petit-déjeuner est à ameliorer, particulièrement le jus d'orange qui est insipide. Il n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. |

ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Hotel, sehr bemühte und engagierte Mitarbeiter, gute Lage (besonders für Flugreisende, direkt per Boot erreichbar) die Preise an der Bar sind jenseits der Schmerzgrenze) |

Besonders gut hat uns das Ambiente und die Lage des Hotels gefallen. Der Rezeptionsleiter hat für uns eine Gondelfahrt, einen Fotografen sowie Karten für ein Vivaldikonzert organisiert und uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen, so dass wir einen rundum perfekten Urlaub geniessen konnten. |

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, tem facilidade de locomoção com o vaporetto bem em frente. Adorei o quarto é bem confortavel, só que a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. |

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte zum Vaporetto. Am Abend kann man sich vor das Hotel setzen, gemütlich eine Flasche Wein trinken und das Flair von Venedig genießen. Es ist einfach ein tolles Hotel. Dieses Hotel verfügt über wunderschöne renovierte Zimmer, ein tolles Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Ebenso Empfangshalle, Bar, Frühstücksraum etc. sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. |
