La vicinanza con i principali monumenti della città non sempre il personale alla reception era all'altezza della situazione, e una mattina a colazione il personale addetto a raccogliere le ordinazioni si è presentato dopo 10 minuti a seguito di un mio sollecito alla reception. |

Il servizio Anche se di qualità il costo è elevato. C'erano solo stranieri come ospiti dell'hotel. Gli italiani non se lo possono permettere. |

The location is good, just near of Grand canal and ocean bus stop. I think they need to change the carpet in the floor. It's a little bit too old and looks not so cleaned. |

the room was like a tunnel and the small canal next to the window stank of garbage.in our order for the room we said that it was our honeymoon night and we were hoping for something a little more special, the hotel staff did not aknowledge the occasssion at all not even with a kind word. |

The staff were exceptional, incredibly courteous and outgoing. Room was immaculate and decorated very ornately. Views from balcony were breathtaking. Address of San Marco was misleading on reservation. We took a public water taxi to the San Marco stop but the Hotel was clear across town at the San Angelo stop. This was very frustrating and a long walk to the Hotel. |

The location of this hotel is great, especially with a vaparetto stop right outside. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the room was lovely and we loved the whirlpool bath. I would definitely say that the hotel made our long weekend in Venice amazing and very romantic! |

We enjoyed the position of the hotel, excellent located on the grand canal and close to the sant angelo vaporeto station. Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was really kind and attentive. We really had a very good time here. |

superb service, unique setting/location At time of staying, the NH Grand Hotel next door was under major renovation. As a result, the promised hotel front rooms with balcony could not deliver the promised view of the Grand Canal up to Rialto bridge. Not the fault of the Palazzo, but nevertheless the whole point of paying 1,100 Euros for two nights in a guaranteed front balcony room was the view. |

Excellent location, very friendly staff, vaporetto stop just outside the entrance. Extra specials: We were upgraded to a very big, comfortable room and a complimentary visit to murano island (private taxi & private demonstration at the factory) was arranged for us! |

It was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. On the first night we had a room on the grand canal, and it was very noisy. The hotel is near a vaporetto stop and you can hear the boats through the windows. After the first night we had a room at the back of the hotel and itwas quiet and beautiful. |

Friendly, helpful staff, superb room with wonderful views over the Grand Canal, excellent location between St. Mark's Square & Rialto Bridge. Just perfect!!!!!!!! Minor problem with leaking shower screen but this in no way affected our enjoyment of the suite. |
