Clean, comfortable,in the center. The kitchen was equipped.
The breakfast was included but it was just nutella and packaged toasted bread. Wifi was not working properly.
Well located. Good bars and restaurants nearby
Location was great, rooms were spacious, parking was free nearby. Wifi worked well in one of the rooms. Elevator was nice.
Ran out of toilet paper on the 3rd day (only provided 2 rolls for 4 adults), shower was dirty, and it was very loud at night, which made sleeping difficult (think concert in the bar below the apt until 2-3am every night). Ear plugs didn't help.
Great apartment, loads of balcony space. Next to a great market.
Bit noisy at night for older people. Walls a bit thin in the hallway.
Great location Plenty of space Wifi reliable
Nowhere comfortable to sit. Images show a sofa. Appt 7 has no sofa only hard chairs in the kitchen Don't expect a functioning kitchen. Very limited appliances eg no kettle.
Nice furniture, city center, good price, very pretty apartment
The bar next door was really loud one night, seemed they had a life concert or something
Everything! I would live in this place forever!!!
Easy, convenient, cheap, clean.
very close to the main tourist area.
Spacious apartment, located near the city center. Easy to reach all the hot spots of Palermo by foot.
One of the airconditioning units in the apartments was not functional. The wifi reception was sometimes bad.
Centrally located spacious apartment with nice decor.
The apartment I chose was not the one I stayed in and the receptionist, who reeked of alcohol, gave me no reason for the change. Though the apartment was at the rear of the building it was extremely noisy(every sound from my neighbours bathroom was clearly audible!) with all the windows facing rear of adjacent buildings, which at max were only an arms length away! Unfortunately, the balcony off the bedroom, was unusable due to renovation work to neighbouring building shrouded in scaffolding, was very grubby, covered in paint and plaster chips.
Almost Everything was superb. The location was pleasant, near the main road of Palermo, via roma. The apartment was beautiful and well resourced. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. The Kitchen was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the host of the apartment was really nice and polite. Private balcony was awesome.
Seemed to run out of hot water at some times. So had to take cold showers. They didnt have all the necessary basic equipment for cooking. Like cutting board, proper knives and such.
Not really a 2 bedroom apartment - it has one bed and a sofa-bed with a terrible mattress Very noisy on weekends - last time I checked it was 5am and the music was still on just below Very limited kitchenware, certainly not for 4 people Can be difficult to park the cark Bad neighbourhood
Free upgrade. Friendly and easy going staff. Location of the apartment. Neighborhood is so so, but that is what you can expect in downtown Palermo.
WiFi signal was too weak in the apartment.
Location Helpfull and kind staff Very spacious apartment
The shower and the bathroom looked a bit tired TV very small. I could not watch it from the bed Not enough equipment in the kitchen Some places like the fridge or shower were NOT spotless
The staff were very friendly and on top of any requests or needs we had. It was the first stop on our honeymoon and the staff left a bottle of wine with some strawberries and flowers.. Very kind! The apartment was in a great location; walking distance from via Roma (one of the main streets in Palermo), the port, a huge local farmers market, and lots of eateries! It also has a kitchen that is stocked for most basic cooking requirements.
The apartment was located very close to a couple bars that were very loud until ~200-400 in the morning which made sleeping challenging (unless you want to booze w the locals!). Recommend some ear plugs.
Loved the location
Our room was above a bar and across the street from two other bars that didn't quiet down until after 4:30 am didn't sleep a wink:(
- The location was in center of the most interesting places. Save location. - Staff was friendly
- not very clean - Wlan not really strong
Great central location, able to park on street directly outside building, great value for money.
Room didn't have a view at all, window looked out over another wall.
The room was dirty, there was hair everywhere, on the bed, shower cabin, kitchen, ... There were bottle marks on the table. All in all the room was dirty. And the receptionist was cold and did not speak any english.
Location was good.
Small insects (dead) and trash from previous residents were found in the apartment. Staff was not helpful. We stayed for 3 weekday nights, a bar from opposite streets had loud music on until 3am!
The location is perfect for exploring Palermo. The accommodation is in a vibrant and lively part of the city, and is comfortable, stylish and spacious. Guiseppe was an excellent host and dealt with any enquiries or problems quickly.
There was some noisy renovation work on a building opposite our room - we were offered another room
Owner was great, good location. It did get a bit loud Saturday evening since there is a bar across the street.
The location Near the sea,and there have a bus station in front of the hotel.
Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet apartment in the city centre.
