L'hotel està molt ben situat, a 600 metres de l'estació de trens I autobusos (tot I que al costat de l'estació n'hi ha força). Val la pena pel preu I per la situació estratègica. Aneu on aneu, us semblarà que l'hotel és a la vora. Per sort hi ha aire condicionat, però la nostra habitació (I gairebé les 15 que tenen) donen a la Via Roma, molt més sorollosa del que us pugui explicar. Es pot dormir? Sí, sense problemes, però amb la finestra tancada I l'aire funcionant. L'esmorzar no és cap cosa de l'altre món: cafè bullit, torradetes amb 'burro' I melmelades, un cruasant... El bany és compartit. I sobretot tingueu en compte l'hora del check-in, perquè de 14a 17.30 està tancat!!! |

The price was right for being in the middle of Palermo. Good Location. The staff was kind and friendly. Good coffee. I am recommending this hotel for the price, mainly. The entry on ground floor was gloomy and in disrepair,(we thought we were in the wrong place-) but once you got upstairs to main reception it was ok. Rooms are right on busy street intersection, so noisy all night until 5:am (but Palermo is like this- very noisy). No fresh bread at breakfast..not very nourishing. |

I loved the room, beautiful high celings! and the view also was great, the location is very central! Staff was very helpful! Reception is open only from 8.30 - 12.30 and 17.30 - 20.30, so there is a big 5 hours gap! |

Generally good value for money we paid. Very helpful girl on reception who managed to answer all our questions. Hotel is a good place to stay one or two nights but not to spend all holidays. Rooms are a bit shabby, walls are dirty in some places, need renovation. Room has a balcony which overlooks on the busy street. It is very noisy even at night time (and even if you close the windows) "thanks" to the crazy Palermo drivers who use horns at every occasion. Breakfast is very poor and need improvment. |

The great location in the old city centre a base for any direction - beach other towns - countryside etc. The straight no fush interior The very helpfull kind young staff (when they are there) No 24 hour check-in nor attendance of the staff - If something goes wrong with the key there is no body to refer to The reception staff is ever so kind and helpfull but is only there during the day and closed from 1 pm to 17.30 pm and totally absent after 9 pm and opens at 8.30 am |

The location is quite good which is on the cross of the two main roads, the staffs are very nice. There is no water or juice during the breakfast, only coffee or tea. It's better to add some juice or water |

The girl at the desk was extremely nice and helpful, and the beds were clean and comfortable. This was effectively a hostel at hotel prices. For the same price as Hotel Sicilia where we also stayed, we got limited desk hours, shared bathroom, no towels (cost 2.5 euro to rent), and a room that faced a noisy street. We felt that this place was a terrible value in comparison. |

Hotel staff gave advices about the location of beaches and places to eat. Although mentioned on the comments, they didn't want to give the requested bed size but after a long discussion, they changed the room. The toilet was far from the room. While leaving, they wanted to charge late fee although we arrived on time. Long distance to beaches. |

The room we stayed in was large and clean with a balcony that looked over via Roma, which was very nice. The location is great! The room was very simple and could have used if not decoration, at least a little bit of wall paint. Still, they were large and certainly not unattractive. |

The rooms were lovely- the decor was tasteful and the beds were very comfortable. The shared bathrooms were disgusting. Trips to the shower or the toilet were a nightmare. |

Large room. The bed was very comfortable. 1) A hotel has to provide slippers, if the bathroom is shared. This hotel does not. 2) Towels are charged as extra. 3) A lot of street noise, bring your earplugs. |

The staff were always willing to answer questions, give advice about places to go or lend a corkscrew. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. They also let us leave our bags in the common room after we checked out so that we could explore the city without carrying everything. Great place! |

L'hôtel Palazzo Savona possède un charme certain avec ses hauts plafonds et son cadre intérieur agréable. Il est particulièrement bien situé dans le centre historique de Palerme. Le bruit incessant de la rue.... |

J'ai aimé la situation centrale de l'hôtel, le caractère spacieux de ses chambres, l'accueil de ses hôtesses et le prix honnête. Une salle de bains commune pour 3 chambres c'est parfois insuffisant ! Mais c'est un inconvénient léger. |
