The housekeeper Joanna was just lovely. Excellent value for money and fantastic location. Large airy rooms with comfortable beds and high ceilings, and even a balcony too. Perfect for a short stay. Bathrooms are communal but they are kept very clean.

We stayed twice and the view of the main streets was wonderful both times. They give a towel only for 2,5 euro a person!

Good location, close to the station That the reception is closed from 12.30 - 17.30, bathrooms aren't very clean, my bed fell apart after I sat on it for 3 seconds

It has great location but the room are older and very simple. Good thing is the possibility to use the kitchen with all the equipment. Shared bathrooms were also quite old. However, for a short stay the value for money is excellent.

Nothing. A very basic hotel with very basic facilities. Reception is closed between 12:30pm and 5:30pm so you are unable to check in at that time and if you arrive after 9:00pm you get charged €5 per person. The accommodation is above student digs. We stayed on a Saturday night and had to be up at 6:00am to catch a flight. On that night there was a large and very loud drunken party going on downstairs which kept the whole hotel awake until 5:00am. As reception was closed and there was no emergency number, save from going downstairs and confronting a bunch of drunken Italian teenagers there was nothing we could do about it. Very very poor indeed.

Spacious and stylish rooms, very good location, high degree of cleanliness. Very poor customer service, e.g. had problems with proper boiling the water for tea or forgot milk for coffee. Poor breakfast - do not order.

è vicino alla stazione dei treni. Puoi tornare all'ora che vuoi, perché ti danno la chiave del portone. Apparte il fatto che non è affatto un hotel, che è al 2 piano e che l'ascensore è inquietante; per chi non lo sapesse il bagno non è in camera, il rumore del traffico è assordante e I letti sono scomodi. Gli asciugamani sono a pagamento e la colazione la paghi a parte. Per chi invece è abituato agli ostelli, allora va bene

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que te permite recorrer la ciudad a pie. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. La limpieza tanto de la habitación como del baño compartido dejaba mucho que desear. En una semana que estuvimos alojado no entraron ni una sóla vez , ni siquiera para sacarnos la basura, hacer camas, etc. ni una sola vez entraron. El baño compartido está muy sucio. Muy, muy sucio. No dan toallas, cosa que me sorprendió porque el hotel era económico pero no para tanto. Y para terminar, su buena ubicación tiene una desventaja, y es que la habitación es terriblemente ruidosa. Aconsejo llevarse tapones para dormir. Lo digo en serio.

Très bon accueil et superbe emplacement de l'hôtel. Chambre simple mais très propre et prix en rapport. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking car le stationnement dans Palerme est très problématique.

Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale e mi è stata data una doppia, tra l'altro se devi pagare l'asciugamano, la colazione ed in più il bagno è in comune tanto vale pagare qualcosa in più e prenotare un altra struttura

La ubicacion esta bien, cerca de la estacion central (a 10 minutos a pie) y cerca del mar (10 minutos a pie), esta cerca de los principales puntos de atraccion. Ademas, el hotel era muy tranquilo y muy limpio. Con discresion, pudimos usar el refrigerador y la vajilla para nosotros. El personal tambien es muy amable y atento. Buena relacion calidad-precio. No esta ubicado en la parte mas linda de Palermo y cobran el wi-fi. Lo demas, todo ok.
