We thought the hotel itself and the room were delightful. Having breakfast on the terrace was superb I was surprised that a 4 star hotel did not have a restaurant |

Fantastic location, only(?) hotel with private terrace on Canal Grande. Beautifully restored palazzo. Close to everyhing in Venice without being in the cramped San Marco area. Single room was a bit too small for the price. I never found out how to work the shower, but this may be due to my technical incapabilities. I managed, somehow. |

The situation on the Grand Canal was superb. Easy access to the Vaporetto service. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The Hotel was spotless and very beautiful. Breadfast on the verandah overlooking the Grand Canal was stunning. |

Staff were charming and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable, breakfasts were really good especially for Italy. Situation was ideal for exploring the city. |

The hotel is well located on the grand canal just 15 minutes walk from plaza St Marco. Friendly staff who kept everything very clean. The junior suite we selected was very nice and a good size. The free internet access was very useful. The breakfast was acceptable but basic. No other meals provided. Fairly expensive but the quality of the hotel almost justified this. Reception forgot to return our passports on departure but the hotel paid to ferry these to us at the airport. |

Beautiful building inside and outside, excellent location, great local restaurants, covenient for transport, good size suite with antique furnishings. 70 euro per hour for use of rooftop terrace seemed a little steep considering the price you're already paying for the room. |

Conveniently located next to a Vaporeto station but also convenient to enjoy walking around Venice without being in the middle of the touristic path. The hotel is lovely and the stuff quick and very helpful. |

Everything! Beautiful, sympathetically restored hotel, an absolute gem. staff, service and environment excellent. Could offer more variety of food at breakfast, to justify 4* |

Great location. Very good standard of cleanliness both in Room and En-Suite. Unfortunately, the room rate is high for a small double. |

The staff was very kind and helpful, the interior and exterior of the hotel is impressively kept. Very well placed. The suite that I booked was small and rather claustrophobic with its low ceiling. (No relevant photos in the website..) For this reason (the rest was excellent) I think that it was a little overpriced. |

The both the interior and the exterior of the hotel were renovated and it is magnificent. The breakfast, although the same each day offered enough variety. The bathroom was beautifully tiled, had a large vessel sink, and a modern shower. Views from the back of the hotel oversee a small garden square. If the room is high enough you can see red roof tops. The room was on the small side. The mattress was very hard (could be the way European's like it).The room was hot. Apparently electricity is conserved in Italy and AC was not on (April). When the windows were open there were no screens which resulted in bug bites. Believe it or not it could get a bit noisy (clock bells, late night drinkers, or boats on the side canal). |

Perfect Location, Great Breakfast, Unbelievable Whirlpool on the Roof, Romantic Environment, Free WiFi, the No. 1 location for a short trip to Venice. And nothing to complain about the price, being at the most unique place of the world should everybody be worth each EURO. |
