location - half way between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Directly on the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop. Close to a number of major art galleries. Breakfast terrace wonderful. We were offered a free taxi to Murano island - " a gift from the hotel"! - the boat stopped right outside a glass shop which we were hustled into and given the hard sell. Annoyed with ourselves for not realising sooner what was going on. We made it clear that we were not interested but others may be more intimidated. |

We got to see 2 rooms and choose which one we liked best, both were fantastic. They put sweets on the pillow every night and a little mat beside the bed saying "good night" which we thought was cute! The breakfast was lovely and staff quite helpful. You have to pay €70 to use the jacuzzi for an hour. The waterboat stop outside the hotel was closed for repairs so we had to get the expensive water taxi to and from the bus and train stations. Our ferry was cancelled so we missed our first nights accommodation, but rang them in advance to notify them of this, but they still charged us for it. Bar very expensive. |

The hotel is beautifully refurbished, feels very luxurious. hotel staff extremely helpful, nice and polite. Perfect location with water taxi and gondola stop and water tram as well. Breakfast on the taras is really pleasant but you need sunglasses. Great, healthy food. not really, we like everything - maybe the price could be lower when you stay longer than a weekend only. |

The hotel has only been open for 2 months & consequently everything was brand new. All the decor was in keeping with the venetian style of the hotel & great attention to detail. Location & view were excellent as were the staff & service. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. |

Perfect access to Ca Rezzonico vaparetto stop- about 25 metres from hotel door. Elegant beautifully presented rooms in a well refurbished Palazzo. where everything was new and well appointed. The internet acces was out of order for 3 days during stay. The rooms had very high-tec features and no instructions provided, e,g, jacuzzi in bath and room temperature control. |

Ausgesucht hatte ich das Hotel u.a. wegen der Lage und der Erreichbarkeit.Die Vaporetto-Station war außer Betrieb und befindet sich im Umbau. Deshalb mußte ich den etwas unbequemen Weg zur Station Accademia nehmen. Das sollte bei der Buchung erkennbar sein; ist dem Hotel-Management aber nicht anzulasten. Sonst hätte ich mich für ein anderes 4Sterne-Haus entschieden. Ansonsten war es prima. Es liegt noch keine Lizenz für einen Restaurantbetrieb des Hotels vor. |
