Mooi hotel, met veel aandacht door personeel. Wij vinden het wel duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Wij verblijven regelmatig in duurdere hotels, maar de kamer was wel klein. Verder was er een massagedouche die niet werkte omdat er erg weinig waterduk was (3e verdieping). Verder super ligging, rustig, maar toch midden in Venetie. Men was ook behulpzaam met het afgeven van het internet wachtwoord, zodat we konden internetten. Zoals boven genoemd mooie badkamer, maar weinig waterdruk, dus geen goede douche. Dit is overigens geen klacht, maar het is tegenwoordig heel makkelijk om de waterdruk te verhogen op de hoegere verdiepeingen, zodat de gasten daar ook tevreden over zijn. |

Mooi hotel, goede ligging, prachtig gerestaureerd, ontbijt op terras aan het water. Met veel oog voor detail opgezet. |

Prachtig ontworpen hotelinterieur, hal, ontbijtzaal, hotelkamer. Aangename en ruime badkamer. Uitstekend ontbijt, zeer aangenaam personeel tijdens het ontbijtbuffet. Hotel zeer fraai en centraal gelegen, naast de vaarstadbus en dicht bij het San Marcoplein. Door de jacuzzi een zeer hoge instap om te kunnen douchen. De temperatuur in de kamer was veel te hoog (23+), ook 's-nachts en bleek niet vanuit de kamer regelbaar. Ook niet na herhaaldelijk verzoek ging de temperatuur niet naar beneden. De voordeur (entree van het hotel) is een hopeloos zware glasdeur en bovendien erg smal. Lastig dus, zeker met je koffer! |

De ligging is perfect. De aanlegsteiger van de vaporetto ligt ernaast. Het hotel is sfeervol, niet te groot en heeft goed personeel. Onze standaardkamer was niet groot, maar sfeervol ingericht en had een mooie badkamer. Prima bedden. De beloofde massagedouche viel tegen. De kracht van de stralen was zwak. |

De ligging met terras aan canal grande is uniek. Vlakbij opstap vaporetti. Personeel en service erg goed. Gloednieuw hotel, prachtig gerestaureerde hal en trappenhuis. Mooi ingerichte kamers ruim en stijlvol.dorsoduro leuke wijk. |

schitterend verbouwd palazzo, mooie ligging in rustig stuk Venetië, ideaal aan Valporetta (bootbus)-halte. |

Wonderful location, staff very helpful, nice and quiet room, very nice bathroom. Very convenient for taking public transportation (vaporetto). Nice restaurants in the surroundings. |

Great location. Very good standard of cleanliness both in Room and En-Suite. Unfortunately, the room rate is high for a small double. |

The staff was very kind and helpful, the interior and exterior of the hotel is impressively kept. Very well placed. The suite that I booked was small and rather claustrophobic with its low ceiling. (No relevant photos in the website..) For this reason (the rest was excellent) I think that it was a little overpriced. |

Excellent location on the Grand Canal and right by the Rezonnica vaperetto (water bus) stop. Very attentive staff, amazing building and rooms. |

The both the interior and the exterior of the hotel were renovated and it is magnificent. The breakfast, although the same each day offered enough variety. The bathroom was beautifully tiled, had a large vessel sink, and a modern shower. Views from the back of the hotel oversee a small garden square. If the room is high enough you can see red roof tops. The room was on the small side. The mattress was very hard (could be the way European's like it).The room was hot. Apparently electricity is conserved in Italy and AC was not on (April). When the windows were open there were no screens which resulted in bug bites. Believe it or not it could get a bit noisy (clock bells, late night drinkers, or boats on the side canal). |

Perfect Location, Great Breakfast, Unbelievable Whirlpool on the Roof, Romantic Environment, Free WiFi, the No. 1 location for a short trip to Venice. And nothing to complain about the price, being at the most unique place of the world should everybody be worth each EURO. |

Water bus was right in front of hotel. Bathroom was very nicely appointed. Hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations in securing dinner reservations on New Years Eve |

I Loved everything about my stay at Palazzo Stern. The Staff was outstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service was second to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed was made, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast was wonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give this hotel a 15!! There is nothing you cannot like about this hotel! |
