The owners were very helpfu,; giving good advice on restaurants etc..Ideally situated in aquiet street within easy[5 mins walk] reach of the city centre. We would use this hotel again on a return visit to Bologna. |

The owners and staff were welcoming and informative. The hotel itself was exactly what it says it is - charming. The twin room was small, but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel has been rennovated fairly recently - modern lighting, key cards, updated bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was quite a spread and we were able to enjoy our meal on the sunny terrace off of the dining room. |

Really charming, felt like home. The owners are really sweet! Perfect location, in centro and 10 min. walk to piazza maggiore. There is a really good pizza place near by. |

We liked the modern decor and amenities, the quiet, efficient air conditioning, the excellent bathroom with a shower which really worked and a great breakfast. Information was readily forthcoming from Francisco and and Consuelo who were hand on in their management. Everything we wanted to see was walkable from here. |

The Palazzo Trevi Charming House is the ideal family hotel. We had two children under two years old and stayed in an appartment suite with one double, one single and a cot. There was a galley kitchen and a nice tiled provate garden with the room. The owners are present and it shows in the attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel. |

We enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo which was very comfortable and spotless with a delicious selection for breakfast. We found the owner's and staff charming and very helpful. Although a bit of a walk from the centre we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. |
