I enjoyed the warmth of the staff and their helpfulness. The hotel is an old building squeezed in the block and without any outside view. |

The hotel was easy to get to from the port. I liked the robe and slippers. Nice touch. The hotel was mostly clean except that there were cigarette ashes in the bathroom floor. |

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Turchini. The location was perfect, being at a walking distance from the main shopping streets, cafes, restaurants and the harbor. The English speaking staff were extremely efficient and helpful, especially when we arrived at the hotel, after an unfortunate incident upon our arrival in Naples. The service was punctual and efficient. The TV could have more English speaking channels (in addition to CNN and BBC, which only give the news). One or two (free) movie channels would be welcome after a tiring day in the city. |

Centrally located to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful After one shower we ran out of hot water the first morning - the problem was addressed and corrected. The breakfast was on the skimpy side - not really what was expected. |

One night stay. Room, hotel facilities, staff and breakfast all excellent. Room rate high but this a 4 star hotel and the euro/pound exchange rate not good at the moment so that doesn't help. |

La posizione dell'hotel e la disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff. L'eleganza e la scelta dei colori degli interni. Qualche dettaglio: lavabo troppo piccolo, piccoli distacchi della carta da parati, mancanza di servizi televisivi extra e limitata scelta di programmi satellitari |

Positief aan ons verblijf was de vriendelijkheid van de receptie en het geven van een andere kamer aan de achterkant. Het ontbijt was zeer matig voor een 4 sterren restaurant, de kamers erg klein, de badkamer erg klein en de bedden vond en we te hard. |

Palazzo Turchini is a well centered hotel in the historical center of Naples. Most of the places to be seen, are on walking distance. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. The rooms are nice and silent. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but one can always ask for anything he/she wants. Nice restaurants in the very neighborhood of the hotel. In a next visit to Naples, which is to be expected, we will certainly choose again for Palazzo Turchini. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel car il est plutot bien situé par rapport aux transports communs. La chambre pour 2 personnes est un peu petite; La chambre était du côté rue, on ne peut donc pas ouvrir la fenêtre car beaucoup trop bruyant. |

La excelente ubicación, en el centro de Nápoles, ideal para conocer tanto el centro histórico (a unos 15 minutos caminando) como la zona de Plaza del Plebiscito y via Toledo. Además está a diez minutos del Molo Beverello, donde se toman los ferries para Capri, y las Costieras Amalfitana y Sorrentina. Es un hotel pequeño y coqueto, de ambiente familiar. El personal es muy amable, La limpieza es correcta y el desayuno buffet bastante bueno y servido en una terraza agradable. Hay restaurantes y trattorias buenas y cercanas. Paran los autobuses en la puerta. Hotel ideal para conocer Nápoles. Repetiré sin duda. |
