Nice, reasonably-priced hotel in good location. Cozy and nicely appointed. Front desk staff very helpful. We dealt a lot with Giulia and she was great. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff was friendly.

We booked #303 for the terrace. It turned out to be a terrible and small space in the center of the building with a dirty wall and plastic greenery to cover A/C equipment. It was uninviting and we did not use it.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff were all very helpful and friendly!! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

Excellent welcome to hotel and service by front of house staff. Also good choice at breakfast as long as you are there early.

Very small bathroom although expected in city centre hotel. Front door locked at evening due to number of people sleeping rough outside in bus shelter etc.

The location is quite strategic with access to the marina, the historic centre literally a few steps away, shopping area right around the corner. Easy access to airport transportation and funicolare. It's not on the hotels strip so it's quiet. The rooms are not that big but they're nice and the staff takes a lot of care in making your stay comfortable. If you're on a budget i'd say this is your best hotel choice in Naples.

No view from the room, but it's best to see the view from the port anyway :)

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even helping us plan our day at breakfast. The breakfast menu is simple but the choice adequate. The room was small, but very clean & comfortable. Our window opened onto a courtyard which made it dark but quiet. Air conditioning was effective and not at all noisy. Ideal location, we walked everywhere (25 mins to main railway station) but there is a bus stop just outside.

The bus stop outside is a sleeping area for the homeless / street traders. We were swindled by the taxi driver on arrival who charged us 50 euros from the airport on the pretence that fixed rates had finished at midnight. Ask the concierge to assist before paying. Lots of building work going on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel entrance. The satellite tv has only one channel in the english language (cnn). Local area appears rough, but then so does most of the centre of Naples!

Ottima posizione a due minuti a piedi dal maschio angioino. La stanza bella, spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione é varia con cibo di buona qualità ed é servita in un ambiente piacevole. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Le pesonnel très sympathique et d'une grande disponibilité. La situation géographique. Le petit déjeuner très complet.

Rue assez bruyante, même la nuit et fenêtres mal insonorisées. Pas de télévision en français.

Hôtel au coeur de la ville, proche du port et du quartier historique idéalement placé pour la visite de Naples et des environs grâce aux transports en commun. Hôtel calme qui échappe aux nuisances sonores d'une grande ville.

Un décalage entre la description mensongère de l’hôtel et la réalité. Heureusement, il a ete possible de changer de chambre. Celle qui nous était réservée au départ donnait sur un puits de lumière de 3 m de large pompeusement appelé "jardin intérieur"...Ridicule et malhonnête. Le chambre de remplacement était correcte, mais toujours pas de "vue sur la fontaine Neptune". Donc à la reservation bien préciser: chambre avec balcon, étage élevé, etc

Pas de radio dnas les chambre ou sur la TV. Pas de chaîne francophone sur la TV. beaucoup de poussière !!!

L'hôtel est bien placé au centre de Naples, au milieu des différents quartiers intéressants, et les chambres sont au calme,. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les chambres sont très agréables et le personne est toujours disponible. Bref un très bon séjour même s'il faut bien relever quelques points négatifs.

La climatisation qui n'est pas branchée car selon le personnel "c'est pas la période" Donc, évitez la chambre 201, il y fait 25° même avec 17° degré dehors et si on ouvre la fenêtre il y a un bruit de ventilation assourdissant. Le "room service" un peu long 15 minutes annoncé = 55 minutes, mais les antipasto étaient excellent :)

Chambre économique beaucoup trop chère comparativement à d'autres structures. Chambre sans fenêtre avec une odeur désagréable de renfermé. Nous devions partir tôt et de ce fait;, seulement un café nous a été proposé alors que nous avions payé la chambre avec le petit-déjeuner.
