It was a convenient location close to the ferries to Capri and walking to the nice harbour part of Naples as well as to the old historical centre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable.

EVERYTHING! This hotel was perfect in every way. The location had easy access to the ports and to the opera house. Bus stop to Termini station right outside front door. Staff went out of their way to help with tourist questions. I spent nearly an hour feasting on their breakfast buffet (my husband so happy to see eggs) in the sun filled roof top dining area.

Nice, reasonably-priced hotel in good location. Cozy and nicely appointed. Front desk staff very helpful. We dealt a lot with Giulia and she was great. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff was friendly.

We booked #303 for the terrace. It turned out to be a terrible and small space in the center of the building with a dirty wall and plastic greenery to cover A/C equipment. It was uninviting and we did not use it.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff were all very helpful and friendly!! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

Excellent welcome to hotel and service by front of house staff. Also good choice at breakfast as long as you are there early.

Very small bathroom although expected in city centre hotel. Front door locked at evening due to number of people sleeping rough outside in bus shelter etc.

The location is quite strategic with access to the marina, the historic centre literally a few steps away, shopping area right around the corner. Easy access to airport transportation and funicolare. It's not on the hotels strip so it's quiet. The rooms are not that big but they're nice and the staff takes a lot of care in making your stay comfortable. If you're on a budget i'd say this is your best hotel choice in Naples.

No view from the room, but it's best to see the view from the port anyway :)

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even helping us plan our day at breakfast. The breakfast menu is simple but the choice adequate. The room was small, but very clean & comfortable. Our window opened onto a courtyard which made it dark but quiet. Air conditioning was effective and not at all noisy. Ideal location, we walked everywhere (25 mins to main railway station) but there is a bus stop just outside.

The bus stop outside is a sleeping area for the homeless / street traders. We were swindled by the taxi driver on arrival who charged us 50 euros from the airport on the pretence that fixed rates had finished at midnight. Ask the concierge to assist before paying. Lots of building work going on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel entrance. The satellite tv has only one channel in the english language (cnn). Local area appears rough, but then so does most of the centre of Naples!

Tutto il personale alla receptionist è stato molto disponibile e gentile. La colazione, servita al sesto piano sulla terrazza panoramica era molto buona (a buffet anche le sfogliatelle della pasticceria...). Il set per la cura personale era di Marinella (negozio storico napoletano per le cravatte). Consiglio di prendere camera con vista sulla città e non su cortile interno.

Hotel très pratique en plein centre ville proche du centre historique . pratique aussi le garage sous terrain avec gardien pour la voiture à 2 min de l'hotel. Pas besoin de prendre les transports en commun , la visite de naple est possible à pied. Les personnes de l'hotel sont très accueillantes et serviables et vous donnent pleins d'indications pour la visite de naples ! super

отличное расположение! идеальное место для общения с городом! прекрасный персонал! очень полезен в качестве: что, где, когда и сколько? симпатичные номера, кондиционер. приятная мебель. кровати удовлетворительны, но совершенно неудобные подушки! ванные комнаты просторные и на первый взгляд миловидные, но совершенно запущенные и убираются плохо, такое же положение с уборкой и в комнатах! завтрак достаточно хорош, с хорошим видом с крыши.

проблемы с чистотой и уборкой! это не подушки = это наволочки! Бойтесь таксистов, договаривайтесь заранее, помните в Неаполе сложная криминальная обстановка

Le très bon rapport qualité prix

Ottima posizione a due minuti a piedi dal maschio angioino. La stanza bella, spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione é varia con cibo di buona qualità ed é servita in un ambiente piacevole. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Le pesonnel très sympathique et d'une grande disponibilité. La situation géographique. Le petit déjeuner très complet.

Rue assez bruyante, même la nuit et fenêtres mal insonorisées. Pas de télévision en français.
