Great location, it´s very close to the main train Station. The triple room was large and comfortable. The receptionist was very attentive. No, I liked everything. It was definitely good value for money. |

it's really close to the city (a walking distance from almost everything). wireless internet is relatively very very cheap (5 euro for 24 hours) |

I was in florence because of exhibition. The only good thing was the location of the hotel,which was very close to the exhibition. The windows werenot soundproof enough. I had to wake up many times. They have to improve the quality of their beds. |

The location is great. In five minutes from the main train station and near to the main centre. It is great when you just arrived and need to tke breath as soon as possible. The travelled in December and room was very very cold. It is apparent that central heating is not enaugh. I would recomment this hotel only for warm seasons. |

This hotel is simply amazing!!!! Close to the train station and all sightseeings, amazing furnitures and decoration, good price, good service... I reccomend for everybody! The best hotel that I've ever been by cheap price. |

I liked the approaching of the staff - they were lovely. The location of hotel is execelent - very near the train station. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was fine, hotel had lots of material what to do in Florence, how you can make trips around and with witch tourist agencies you can go aorund etc. |

Reservamos cuatro habitaciones, solamente una tenia el baño un poquito viejo, los otros tres baños recien reformados y las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. |

Все очень понравилось с точки зрения местоположения отеля, того факта, что он новый и не большой. Отличный вариант для желающих жить в шаговой доступности от исторического центра Возможно кафе или ресторан при отеле, где можно поужинать или просто попить кофе вечером было бы полезно |

La relación calidad precio es muy buena. desayuno escaso y aunque está todo renovado la ducha resulta incómoda porque es pequeña y se te pega la cortina que además es corta y el agua sale fuera. |

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale alla reception. Il sevizio di pulizia e l'efficienza. Non ho gradito il pagamento del parcheggio privato dell'hotel(ben 15 euro al giorno) che deve essere un servizio gratuito per il cliente. La colazione un pò scarsa ma comunque essenziale. |

Otelin merkezi ve ulaşım araçlarına yakın yerde olmasına karşın gürültülü ortamlardan uzak ve sakin olması, temizliği Banyodaki bideyi iptal edip klozeti bidenin yerine almak ve böylece genişleyen yere duş kabini koymak iyi olacaktır, ayrıca duşta sabun ve şampuan koyma yeri olmalı |

La situation de géographique de l'hôtel par rapport au centre historique de Florence. Une baignoire pour se délasser après une journée de marche...dommage que la balnéo intégrée ne fonctionnait pas ! |

Toda la grifería es bastante nueva y la limpieza en general está muy bien. El personal muy amable. No funcionaba el ordenador para imprimir la factura; aunque espero recibirla ya que me dijeron que la mandarían por e-mail. El precio por utilizar internet es caro y está en un pasillo. |

La proximité du centre historique et la possibilité de garer la voiture au sein de l'hôtel étaient appréciables .Par ailleurs,la literie et les sanitaires étaient tout neufs. L'accueil était trop froid et le personnel peu souriant:c'est dommage! |

hotel ottimo..stanze pulite ed arredate ottimamente,personale cortese e disponibile,ottimo per visitare firenze e non ultimo situato vicino a una trattoria dove fanno una fiorentina deliziosa...tutto sommato soggiorno ottimo......... poco cortese un dipedente della recepzion (non italiano) il giorno della partenza....stanze poco insonorizzate.... |
