Hotel palazzo was a bad experience. There was acontinuous very bad smell in the toilet which is not going away. The internet was not working and it took them 3 days to fix it. The towels in the bathroom are not changed every day.the dirty hand towel was there for all my stay. The rear door was having a problem opening and again it took 2 days to be repaired. I asked for a wake up call and the ringing tone of the phone was very very low.

comforatably located near the smn trainstation and ataf buses. the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. good size of bedroom and bathroom. design is outdated and the whole atmosphere is a bit gloomy. the surroundings after dark is problematic. balcony is narrow without a chair. breakfast could be better. i found it strange that they asked an additional 10 euro per day in order to operate the jacuzzi in the bathtub. there is a little staircase in order to enter the hotel which is problematic with the luggage.

location is good, in near vicinity to the train station and conference centre. The young man at reception was very good. Wi-fi did not work properly in my room and caused me some frustration, and the night staff was not very helpful.

Nice cosy big room. Good customer service from hotel staff Wi-Fi not working on 1st day on 1st floor which my room was located. Could not get the signal. Staff fixed it on day 2.

Conveniently located right around the corner from S. Maria Novella train station. Clean rooms & comfortable. Quiet. Good assorted breakfast. Helpful/ friendly staff. Good location. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The main center only takes about 30 min. to cover. Enjoy Florence's outdoor market selling Tuscan leather goods & remember to barter down!!! Recommended~ Excellent, traditional/ affordable Trattoria/ Restaurant nearby~ Nerone Trattoria on Via Faenza =) Our bathroom door's handle was broken off & locked. The hotel had it fixed within the hour. No problems =)

Loved it. So cute and charming. Great location, near the station but in a street so u would forget that the station is next to U. Only the breakfast was poor but that doesnt really matter in italy when u know ur gunna eat pasta and gelatos all day!

The hotel is situated very close to the main train station of Florence, very easy to get to. The room was a great size and despite being so close to the station the outlook was into a leafy courtyard. Very enjoyable. As it was winter I found the room a bit cold compared to other places I have stayed in around Europe and there wasn't a possibility to turn the heater up.

The staff was extremely accommodating; they assisted us in several travel arrangements that fell through. The room that we stayed in was huge and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was quite delicious as well. I will definitely be staying there again.

Very easy to find from station, quiet clean and comfortable and pleasant view from balcony. Staff friendly and helpful - stored our backpacks all day. Lots of good restaurants and bistros in the vicinity Short stroll to the Duomo.
