Del hotel nada solo la buena ubicacion del hotel cerca de la estacion de tren. Habitacion mala con muebles viejos, nos dieron una habitacion con 4 camas para dos personas, le dijimos que queriamos una habitacion con cama de matrimonio y nos dijeron que no habia y que no nos cobrarian las otras dos. El desayuno muy malo. El cuarto de baño interior sin plato de ducha solo el suelo muy mal oler y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. |

Reservamos cuatro habitaciones, solamente una tenia el baño un poquito viejo, los otros tres baños recien reformados y las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. |

La relación calidad precio es muy buena. desayuno escaso y aunque está todo renovado la ducha resulta incómoda porque es pequeña y se te pega la cortina que además es corta y el agua sale fuera. |

Toda la grifería es bastante nueva y la limpieza en general está muy bien. El personal muy amable. No funcionaba el ordenador para imprimir la factura; aunque espero recibirla ya que me dijeron que la mandarían por e-mail. El precio por utilizar internet es caro y está en un pasillo. |

The hotel was located close to the main train station and our room was spacious. The heating in our room could not be turned down and we had to open the windows onto the noisy street during the night. |

Coming into the city by train the hotel is minutes away and on a quiet street. The continental breakfast was better than most I've experienced based on room cost. |

I was very pleased with this hotel; it was good location, near to station. It was very clean. I had booked a double room for my daughter and myself, and it had a double bed and 2 singles in it; the bathroom appeared to be brand new. The reception was well furnished and clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The double windows/shutters cut out all the street noise. I paid £136 for 2 nights bed & breakfast; very good value for money. |

The hotel was very close to the train station and was quiet. We had a balcony from our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. There was a bit of noise from the generators etc outside our room. |

The hotel was well situated (central) in Florence and within walking distance of most of the major sites in the city. The hotel had some facilities (E.G. parking and cheap internet) that aren't found at many other hotels. Breakfast buffet (included in price) was better than most continential breakfasts. Because the hotel was in the middle of Florence (which has many one way streets) the directions given were not sufficient to get us there. We had to call the hotel and ask for directions (once we figured out where we were). But, if you can find the round-about in front of the train station, it is easy to navigate to the hotel from there. |

I was in florence because of exhibition. The only good thing was the location of the hotel,which was very close to the exhibition. The windows werenot soundproof enough. I had to wake up many times. They have to improve the quality of their beds. |

The location is great. In five minutes from the main train station and near to the main centre. It is great when you just arrived and need to tke breath as soon as possible. The travelled in December and room was very very cold. It is apparent that central heating is not enaugh. I would recomment this hotel only for warm seasons. |
