Hotel is erg goed. Het is schoon en personeel ook aardig. Kan ook goed Engels. Ontbijt is ook goed. Kamer met airco wat eigenlijk niet echt op temp. komt maar redelijk. Zonder prive parkeerplaats is het spot goedkoop. Ingang van de parkeerplaats is erg smal./ |

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bovendien is de locatie van het hotel uitstekend als je ook wilt reizen rondom Florence, het is dicht bij het station. De kwaliteit van het bed |

The hotel was located close to the main train station and our room was spacious. The heating in our room could not be turned down and we had to open the windows onto the noisy street during the night. |

Coming into the city by train the hotel is minutes away and on a quiet street. The continental breakfast was better than most I've experienced based on room cost. |

I was very pleased with this hotel; it was good location, near to station. It was very clean. I had booked a double room for my daughter and myself, and it had a double bed and 2 singles in it; the bathroom appeared to be brand new. The reception was well furnished and clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The double windows/shutters cut out all the street noise. I paid £136 for 2 nights bed & breakfast; very good value for money. |

The hotel was very close to the train station and was quiet. We had a balcony from our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. There was a bit of noise from the generators etc outside our room. |

Very convenient location, walking distance to the downtown and congress center. Friendly staff. Dark room, fridge and hairdryer out of order. A bit expensive taking into account room standard. |

The hotel was well situated (central) in Florence and within walking distance of most of the major sites in the city. The hotel had some facilities (E.G. parking and cheap internet) that aren't found at many other hotels. Breakfast buffet (included in price) was better than most continential breakfasts. Because the hotel was in the middle of Florence (which has many one way streets) the directions given were not sufficient to get us there. We had to call the hotel and ask for directions (once we figured out where we were). But, if you can find the round-about in front of the train station, it is easy to navigate to the hotel from there. |

Great location, it´s very close to the main train Station. The triple room was large and comfortable. The receptionist was very attentive. No, I liked everything. It was definitely good value for money. |

I was in florence because of exhibition. The only good thing was the location of the hotel,which was very close to the exhibition. The windows werenot soundproof enough. I had to wake up many times. They have to improve the quality of their beds. |

The location is great. In five minutes from the main train station and near to the main centre. It is great when you just arrived and need to tke breath as soon as possible. The travelled in December and room was very very cold. It is apparent that central heating is not enaugh. I would recomment this hotel only for warm seasons. |
