Excellent location. We had a very big apartment with a loft(bedroom). Full kitchen too. Great internet. very good location - right in the center of everything, right next to the cathedral. |

Our accommodation at the back was quiet and peaceful with a kitchen on one level. When the receptionists were there they were friendly and helpful. Location excellent. There were many stairs through a narrow passageway to reach our room. One must ask for dry towels and toilet psper Our room was reached up many stairs through a very narrow passage. One must ask for dry towels and bathroom tissue when a receptionist is in attendance as there is no service in this respect even if one stays a few days! |

Location only. The rest was a total disappointment. The size of the room is small and the facilities are poor. The bathroom is so small that it was impossible to have a shower. |

Right in town. They don´t clean the rooms. When we enquired, they said they do every three days but still, day fourth arrived and no clean rooms. Finally they replaced the towels only. |

Location is excellent, right next to the Duomo so perfect. Newly renovated rooms. I wouldn't classify it as a B&B or hotel in the traditional sense. It was a room in a newly renovated apartment building. No staff on hand. Vouchers for coffee and a pastry at the bar in the piazza for breakfast. Good for people who want to be left alone on holiday, not for people who want to experience the charm of an Italian B&B as there is no human contact. We were asked straight away (at check in) to pay cash up front for the whole stay which put us off. To pay by card we had to go to another location in the town as they have no card machine on site. Sheer curtains on window (no shutters) so early morning sun streamed in from 5am. Housekeeping service is only available after day 2 so no one came in to make up bed or fix room. |

The location was great with a view to Il Duomo and La Rocca; and the room was spacious and looked nice. The hostess (Diana) was very friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant. Going up and down the stairs with the luggage was of pure torture, especially in that heat. It was a bit annoying that we had to say in advance at what time we would have our breakfast the next day - as if you would plan those things on holiday. And also because we never saw the hostess at any other time but in the morning. But even though we sometimes didn't manage to see her, we still got our breakfast the next morning, so it's not that serious. The breakfast was nothing special, except the cappuccini which were great! |

Great location near the Cathedral, beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Good sized room, and air con. Considering the central location it wasn't noisy for us. Our room wasn't cleaned at all and we had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast was only a croissant and drink, the staff weren't always available at the times they specified. Not such good value as the other places we stayed in but the resort is beautiful and we still enjoyed it. |

Its location and view (especially the roon on the corner). Try to reserve directly in its web, perhaps is cheaper... Too many stairs... |

Excellent Location in the heart of the town at reasonable value its a 50 stair climb without a lift to one of the rooms, not fun!! Breakfast is in a cafe across the road and amounts to a coffee and a croissant.Bathroom was tiny and no hot water one evening. |

The B&B is situated right in the center of Cefalù. We were given a room (quite spacious) with a view to the Duomo. The breakfast was poor. No elevator. No car access to the B&B as it's situated in the centre where it is forbidden to enter with a car. Very hard to find a parking close to the hotel. |

The hotel terrace is directly in front of the doumo and La rocca. Great location. No parking at hotel. The old town is pedestrian access only. But that has its benefits. |

We had our own small appartment, squeezed in over three floors of this town house. It was small, but perfectly gormed. Everything was spotlessly clean, it actually seemed brand new and the location was great, just a stones throw from the Duomo. We were self catering so didn't have much interaction with the B&B staff but the lady who booked us in was very friendly and helpful with good English. My only complaint - the hotwater tank for the shower was rather small - so only enough hot water for one careful shower at a time. Gave me a nasty shock the first time i used it! |

The location was excelent, close to the piazza duomo, restaurants and beach, in a nice and quiet street Blinds in the window were missing (with neighbors just in front...). The room was in a third floor without lift. |

Location was excellent (10 meters from Piazza Duomo) and newly renovated room was exactly what our family was looking for. Our room was not in the main b&b building which meant that, contrary to the description on the net, there was no internet connection available or rooftop terrace access unless one arranged access to the b&b side. |

Good location, comfortable rooms It was impossible to find the hotel- there was no sign at all (even on the building, where the B&B was located. The telephone, given at booking didn’t answer. We started to look for another accommodation, and just occasionally the waiter from the restaurant near the place knew personally the owner of the B&B and could help us to reach her. |

We met a very nice old lady on when we were leaving who I think may have been the owner. Other than this however, it was terrible. We were put in an unfinished apartment below the b & B... ... cables hanging out of walls, kitchen and bathroom unfinished. Uncomfortable bed. No continental breakfast available as advertised, only (horrible) coffee & croissant at a cafe in a nearby square. No access to terrace and 'sea view' as advertised. No 24 hr front desk, not even a sign outside the b & b or on the buzzers. Rude & unhelpful girl running. Avoid!!! |

Staff were helpful. Got a discount off price of hotels as we complained about the problems with the room, but still would have much preferred it if there were no issues. Room was unfinished - kitchen sink was missing taps and a plug, above the beds there was bad damp, floorboards upstairs were not fitted properly and there were wires coming out the walls. Location was really central but big downside was that it was very noisy. |

Location is very good, I also liked the interior, very nice terrace where you can have breakfast, pleasant staff, huge variety channels on TV. (entrance to the room is ok actually) Fridge would be good. Shower cabin could be more convenient. |
