The room was large and spacious as was the toilet. The service was very good and the staff friendly and helpfull. Location was very good. |

Hotel in a storical palace, very well situated on a beautiful square of Venice.Our camera (triple) was very large with high ceilling, the bathroom as well. Day staff was helpfull and friendly. Some of the bathroom equipment were damaged. In front of our windows, another building at 2 meters, but this is quite typical of Venice. Breakfast (correct) is given in the corridor, on very small tables with very loose service: the hotel should dedicate a real room for the breakfast. Hotel lobby is not as nice as the bedroom floor. |

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the high standards and size of the rooms. The hotel was definitely a real find in Venice. Would highly recommend!! |

Staff were incredibly obliging and helpful. Spoke perfect English and offered wonderful suggestions on fares, restaurants and sights. Also, gave great tips on negotiating Venice. They were well informed about concerts, opera and events on at the time. Location was ideal. Rooms very pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was rather basic. |

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English. Very nice room and good location. Breakfast area was in the corridor which seemed unusual. |

We arrived late at night, having got lost! However, we were made very welcome on our arrival at the hotel. The staff were friendly and informative regarding good places to eat and methods of travel. The hotel is a cultural experience in itself, located within easy walking distance of St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge.Breakfast was basic continental, with excellent service. |

Lovely hotel in a quiet and good location. We travelled with 2 children aged 7 & 9 and had the suite room which was perfect for a family. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable bed. Beautiful posiotion. Could not turn off the heater in our room so windows had to be wide open which allowed mosquitos in. Family upstairs presumably in a flat above us meant a lot of noise through the ceiling. |

position was fantastic- very central and just 5mins from st marks square also reasonable price we booked a room for 4 and it had 2 double beds one of which was a sofa bed, this should have been described as "suitable for family of 4" (but maybe not 4 independent adults) |

Das Personal, die Lage, der historische Charakter, die Klimaanlage; es sieht eigentlich alles so aus wie auf den veröffentlichten Bildern und ist zudem noch ruhig und entspannend mit seinen 9 Räumlichkeiten, von Zimmern mag man nicht zu sprechen. Vielleicht diese Treppe? Aber die gehört nun mal zum Palazzo, künftig plant man wohl einen Lift? Details im Bad sollte man in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand versetzen. |

Een uitstekend hotel, op een ideale locatie in Venetie. We hadden een ruime en rustige kamer (junior-suite) waar we met de kinderen konden overnachten. Het ontbijt was goed: muesli, broodjes, appels, voor elk wat wils. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. |

Ligging is prima. In het centrum van de stad aan een mooi plein waar overdag en aan het begin van de avond vanalles gebeurt. Mooi historisch gebouw. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend. Je kan ze alles vragen en zijn zeer klantgericht en dienstverlenend ingesteld. Kortom: alle voorwaarden voor een prima vakantie. Ontbijtzaal was ingericht in ruime hal. Praktisch en sfeervol! Alles was prima. Ik ben niet slecht ter been, maar er is ook nog een traplift voor mensen die dat wel zijn. Dat is wel nodig, want je moet 2 trappen op. |

Zentrale Lage zwischen Markusplatz und Rialtobrücke, ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, auch mit einem Koffer relativ gut zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk und einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Unser Blick ging zum Hof. Trotzdem: Das Zimmer war schön. |
