Beautiful castle. Not much to do (nothing is happening around), but very quiet, very relaxing surroundings. It is quite astonishing to live in a real castle. If you considering staying there — you should not hesitate a second.

Beautiful location. We've stayed in main building (gorgeous) previously, and in an "apartment" this time, which had a small kitchen as well as two separate bedrooms.

The apartment was much less elegant and more in a basic B&B (agriturismo) style. Hot water heater insufficient to allow both bathroom showers to operate simultaneously.

Fantastic Location, very convenient for a visit to San Marino as well as the resort of Rimini. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is superb consisting of a good range of sweet and savoury foods and for the evenings there are restaurants within the castle walls which offer good quality food at reasonable prices. The Castle grounds and restaurant are often used for private functions and while we were there we were lucky to witness one of the most spectacular fireworks displays we have ever seen. Anyone staying here will not be dissapointed. Highly recommended!!

Palazzo Viviani is amazing! We enjoyed every aspect of it. The views are spectacular, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, and the room was super clean. Our family of four was spacioulsy accomodated and best of all, the freshly prepared breakfast was included. We are surely coming back to enjoy this beautiful Castello.

The views are outstanding pity we where put in a room without a view. The food in the restaurant was very good including breakfast.

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in on out of 7 on a two week road trip. We stayed just for one night and have nothing good to say about the rude staff. There are no directions to reception after entering the grounds and the staff where all to busy smoking to help us, the older lady on reception was very cold and gave us little information and very quickly, then ushered us to our room. Although the hotel was half empty we where still given a room with no view after booking and travelling to the hotel because of the views. The tables witha good view where all booked by locals so we ate in the restaurant where the food was good but they forgot half of our order. There was entertainment on in the hotel but again what little seating there was had been reserved by locals. We went to the swimming pool the following morning and it was absolutely filthy, it had not been cleaned in weeks, we refused to late and 2 year old into it.

The size of Room No. 1 was appealing and the beds very good. The bathtub base is badly cracked although of a nice large size. Unfortunately the hotel has no dining facilities and the 2 closeby restaurants are expensive for what they offer... A very bad point is that WIFI is not available except in the reception area itself, although it said available throughout the rooms etc. In other words miserable reception...

The area and the building are magical. The castle and the small medieval hamlet are great. We were in an apartment for 4. The only complaint is that tjis apartment is cut off from the actual castle. Also the sofa bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Otherwise everything is perfect. Breakfast is out of this world with fresh cheeses and home made pies among so many goodies!

Nel globale, posizione e struttura molto bella!

Grande rammarico quando pensando di alloggiare nel castello, ci hanno confinato presso un'anonima dependance ed in una camera normalissima, peccato.

difficilissimo arrivare all'hotel per mancanza di segnaletica stradale che specifica dell'hotel imperdonabile ad un 4 stelle. e' un 4 stelle solo sulla carta e sulla intestazione delle bottigliette dello shampoo. arredi non curati e arraffazzonati oltre che maltenuti. la reception assolutamente non cortese.

L'ubicazione della struttura e la grande tranquillità

Per un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo più cura per gli ambienti : segni sul muro,intonaco che si scrostava,tende macchiate, una sola sedia in un appartamento per 4 persone .

beaucoup de chaines payantes,aussi peu de chaines disponibles à la t.v.ceci est un détail,car le reste est top.

Il posto é magnifico... Palazzo Viviani é magnifico....sembra di fare un tuffo nelle atmosfere medioevali!!! Perfetto per "fughe romantiche"!

Meravigliosa posizione, dislocazione orizzontale delle camere in piccole casette.

Il personale poco cortese e l'assenza di indicazioni per trovare I vari servizi (sala ristorazione, orari colazione....).

Il cattivo odore nel corridoio e scale della dependence dove eravamo alloggiati

il fascino del borgo medievale è inimitabile, ottimo per un soggiorno romantico.

Area benessere non all'altezza del luogo, operatori sicuramente molto gentili, ma struttura poco curata, peccato

Bello per quello che siamo riusciti a vedere,ci hanno messo a dormire in una palazzina distaccata distante ,inoltre tratto di strada da fare a piedi ,pioveva anche ......

Le residenze annesse lasciano un pò a desiderare rispetto al contesto del palazzo.

Le calme et l'ambiance du village. La situation permettant de rayonner dans une région à haute valeur culturelle. Le bon accueil surtour de la part de Mme Véronique.

Le manque d'entretien des jardins et de certaines parties des bâtiments.

La posizione e la disposizione del Borgo!

Avrei voluto soggiornare in una delle stanze antiche del Palazzo!

Ambiente signorile, struttura meravigliosa con arredi d'epoca adeguati. Posizione incantevole all'interno di un borgo medioevale. Il ristorante collegato all'hotel prepara ottimi piatti di pesce. La colazione in hotel offre la massima scelta di salato e di dolce. La combinazione del tutto fa sì che l'hotel meriti una deviazione.

Il personale della reception mi è parso non completamente adeguato all'ambiente.

Un meraviglioso soggiorno in un borgo da fiaba. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la colazione superlativa!!!!!

Cercavamo un luogo dove poterci rilassare e a Montegridolfo abbiamo trovato silenzio, pace e serenità, l'ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina. La suite matrimoniale deliziosa. La colazione favolosa. Il personale gentilissimo. Molto buono il ristorante "Osteria dell'Accademia" vicinissimo all'hotel. P.S. La mia signora è rimasta molto contenta dei massaggi al viso e al corpo che la brava estetista della spa " Bottega del benessere" le ha praticato.

Die Umgebung und die Burg selbst sind sehr schön, die Burg sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und renoviert.

Wir waren direkt oberhalb des Restaurants und es war sehr sehr laut bis 2 Uhr in der Früh.
