The view is amazing and the staff were most helpful. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite the second day as our room was not available the first day due to a hot water problem. |

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were really courteous and helpful particularly the manager at the reception - Antonio. Breakfast was good and the lady who served the breakfast ensured we were comfortable and had what we wanted. Ideally located right next to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes walk to S. Marco. There are many restaurants close by and open quite late. |

Lovely hotel location in one of Venice's oldest and most beautiful palazzo at the corner of the Canal Grande and the little Canale San Salvador where you can even see the Gondole passing on the ground floor. Romantic and cosy! It's not a really bad thing to actually criticize but the hotel has only got one junior suite with actual view on the Canal Grande (the other rooms to the Canale San Salvador are lovely, as well)! |

The hotel is exactly in the center of Venice near the most important monuments (piazza san Marco, Rialto bridge etc.). The vaporetto stations are outside of the hotel and that was very good for our transport. Besides the place it is, the hotel was very quiet and the only you could here was the bells of the churches. We would definitely go there again. |

We stayed in the "family room," which accomodated 4 of us. It was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely go back again. |

Beautiful view. Polite staff. Nice clean room (Suite grand canal view). Location. Welcome drink. Price. Was not clarified that the hotel was in a floor of the "pallazzo"... Breakfast should be more rich. After 22:00 there was no staff in the hotel. |

We were transferred to another hotel "Palazzo Pruili". I dunno if this was a scheme by the their hotel chain corporation to take in as many booking as possible, but the hotel we were put in wasn't too shabby. No Carpeting on the floor. Big Downer. Makes u feel lik the floor is really dirty. |

It is at the heart of the city, very near Rialto Bridge. Very authentic hotel, with friendly staff. the staff leaves the hotel after 8pm, this could be insecure. Except one room which sees the grand canal, all other rooms have san salvador (very little canal) view. |

The location is excellent being next to the Rialto Bridge and about 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. The Hotel is beautifully appointed with antique furniture. The bathrooms are delightfull. There was no sitting room as such. The dining room is large enough to be able to incorporate this and the stunning views over the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge are not taken advantage of as the windows are small and covered with lace curtains. |
