Fantastisk smukt og historisk interiør I meget smukke omgivelser og helt centralt placeret.

Et lille køkkenhjørne ville gøre det helt velegnet for længere ophold.

Centralt beliggende midt i byen. Store lyse nyrenoverede værelser.

Meget svært at finde. Ligger på første sal i en bygning uden skiltning Personalet var delvist venligt, men uprofessionelt. Hotellets låsesystem var rodet og besværligt.

Det var svært at finde pga. Manglende skiltning og ensrettede veje.

The best place in terms of location to stay in Genova. You can feel the atmosphere of this historic place undermarked by the same accomodotion. Lovely, charming interiors for people who like climatic places and boutique hotels. Definitely worth to reccomend.

The follow up with the recpetion for heating problem was solved after 5 hours has i have repetidly call many times and going to the reception was not solved in a timely manner has staff not follow up

We took the suite on the via garibaldi , unesco heritage, beautifull ! Very Spacious , clean and sleeping in history !

Location

The hotel should not be rated 4 stars, the staff is poor the breakfast is really poor!!!! Too expensive for the service provided. The staff was not able to call a taxi, the elevator has the key and when you leave with your luggage you have to go downstairs by yourself without the elevator. The main lobby is dirty.

I booked the big "room for 5 adult people in a separate building", but was give a cold cell for hardly fitting 4 with same charge. No elevator which makes family luggage lift a real work out. Breakfast is symbolic and tasted rubber. Hard to find (little sign on the door in series of many around), no find instruction given on booking, no parking around makes it hard to guests coming by car. The verdict: No fit for family and car travelers. No come backs.

Staying in a real Palazzo, in the middle of an Italian city. Large rooms, with large windows, and old plaster. Staff very friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Access via car from the seaside (Via di Sottoripa/Palazzo Morali), plus 200 meters walking, actually quite easy.

One of our two rooms was a little chilly, as the radiator got only lukewarm.

i loved the room we stayed in it was like a small apartment. With high ceilings and decorated in all white with antique furniture it was a lovely place to stay, o wished we were there longer. Staff were friendly and helpful

it was very noisy! Despite that we were there mid it was noisy most of the night, heavy doors slamming and people walking around with high heeled shoes in the hall. The breakfast was ok but we had to wait for some time if it had run out.

The building was beautiful, very large rooms with high ceilings. very comfortable bed/bedroom.

The location. The 2 bed apartment is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from nearest parking. All carrying your luggage. The layout of the apartment. The bathroom is down a long narrow spiral stircase on the floor below . You can only access the second bedroom through the main bedroom. No self catering facilities . No sink to wash coffee cups no tap to fill kettle. No crockery ( plates or bowls) no place to prepare any food even if you had the untensils.

We stayed in an apartment (in a separate location but nearby reception). It was a fantastic apartment for the price. The apartment was wonderfully spacious for a family of 5, very well kept and easy to get to on foot and breakfast was delivered to our door. My suggestion to travelers is to email the hotel beforehand and get the information on parking. We only had one suitcase so it was easy for us to walk the 300m to the hotel from the garage. There are multiple parking decks and parking is 25/day. From the parking follow signs for San Lorenzo Cathedral. The hotel is across from the cathedral (sign writing vertical down the building)

The shower was a bit cramped.

We stayed in a very comfortable and recently remodeled apartment with a view of the harbor, in the old town.

The hotel was difficult to find. But then again, Genova as a destination is not very tourist-friendly with respect to signage! Driving there is difficult, even with a map.

The building is charming. The location is great: the hotel is in the center of the city, in front of the San Lorenzo Cathedral. Staff also is very good. My accomodation was an apartment with two rooms for at least 4 people: it was quite expensive for one person but the price was ok if you are more than one person.

The hotel is in the city centre of Genoa, has a big choice of design accommodations in a historical environment and good Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment was huge, and in a beautiful old building (They told us it was in another building, but really it was just on the other side of the staircase) Great location, on-looking a beautiful cathedral in an old square, and a really quick walk to the port through the old town shopping / eating area. We arrived after midnight and someone was waiting for us to help us with our suitcases. Very lovely. I'd recommend not having the hotel breakfast, and finding a great little cafe in the old town instead. Great value for money.
