Location, size of apartment

Very poor service, unpleasant people at the front desk, both of the women we had to deal with. As if they were doing us a big favor by answering simple guest questions, or providing elementary services.

Location was delightful - the large private patio overlooked Florence - What a view! Location was walking distance to the entire city, without being in the heart of the city and of the noise. Restaurant right next door had good food at fair prices, nice when we didn't feel like going out, didn't feel like cooking - and could sit outside and relax. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. View from every window a delight.

Staff, in particular the woman that wears a head covering (Arabic?) who checked us in was miserable. Told us to come back after 3pm for check in, Made us wait, and wait, and wait while she was on a personal telephone call, then had the nerve to tell us to hurry as she had to pick up her child from daycare by 3:30 (after she kept us waiting until 3:20!). That evening, we told her we had nothing with which to hand wash dishes, needed a sponge. Told us she would send one up. She gave it to us the night before we checked out a 9pm - 4 nights after our request. I had wallet stolen in the city, and explained a new credit card would be coming, to be delivered on Sat. Am. It didn't arrive, but when I asked her to look to be sure, she treated me like I was rude for asking her to double check, and how dare I ask her to look again for this important piece of mail. This was once again, after waiting more than 10 minutes while she was on a personal call. I'll mark yes for recommending others to stay as the location and apartment itself is lovely, but they need to get rid of this woman!

The location was excellent in aresidential area, close to all major sites in Florence. A little electric bus ran from near the railway station to near the hotel. As this is a self catering apartment the Supermarket (Conad) was within 50 metres and had a great stock of easy to prepare meals

The location was good. Apartment was spacious. the bed was comfortable.

Only a few of the electric sockets worked; (the hairdryer did not). The lift broke on the last day. The lighting was poor. There was no plug for the bath; the equipment in the kitchen was very scanty eg no electric kettle. The furniture was fairly basic and rickety (except the bed). The staff were not very friendly. Did not live up to the written description and bvery expensive for the facilities provided; not value for money.

This apartment styled hotel was absolutely fabulous, my entire family couldn't stop raving, even for the remainder of our holiday. Room were huge, high ceiling, tons of furniture without being too crowded. Kitchen was super useful, everything worked and there was a nicely-sized fridge. Bathrooms were also huge, and I mean HUGE. The receptionist booked our tour of a museum the day before we went, and also booked us a taxi for our ride to the train station. Beds were comfortable, apartment had central air. Besides all that, the design was spectacular and we felt we were in such a palace in Florence.

The walk from the train station (SMN) was about 20 minutes, maybe 30 with luggage.

The location was ideal for using public transport and visiting sites around the city. The accommodation was very spacious and quiet and the air conditioning was a must given the very hot weather. Two bathrooms were a great benefit when travelling with two teenagers and the laundry room was a great asset. The reception staff were very helpful.

A lot of the lights and sockets did not work and we felt the whole apartment would benefit from a really good clean and a fresh coat of paint.

Great location, good size for our family. Nice looking and fairly spacious. Easily accessible and parking was available.

They have a washing machine and dryer, the dryer wasn't working. It is not a hotel, though there is a staff person available during daytime and evening hours. It's more like an apartment building with a management staff. We were tired when we arrived and after trying to figure out how to get to where we needed to be to get into the building (florence has a lot of restricted access roads and one way streets... This building is located on one of them) we met with someone who gave us the key. The place itself was clean, but the bed covers were not. All 4 of them (including the one for the pull out couch) had stains on them... Stains are generally okay if they are permanent (ink stains etc) but these were stiff, indicating that they were simply there because no one (housekeeper? Cleaning staff?) had bothered to clean them. I mentioned this to the management office the next morning requesting that they be cleaned - she asked my husband if it was the sheets that was dirty, my husband indicated no, so she shrugged like it was no big deal to have dirty bedding and not surprisingly - they were never cleaned in all the time we were there. I would recommend this place only if the person renting was not fussy.

The Standard Suite for 6 people is very spacious (big bedrooms & 2 bathrooms); very convenient for 6 people for privacy & comfort. Really good location in the center, close from everything. Pretty building.

Very noisy at night as there is a bar in the same building. Our room was on the main floor & we heard a lot of noise. Also, the building has high ceilings which gives more echo, so we could hear the people talking in the hallway at night.

- Wohnung entsprach nicht dem bei Booking.com Angezeigten. Unser Appartment hatte ein einziges Fenster, das auf einen dunklen Innenhof ging. Schlafzimmer war fensterlos. Keine Durchlüftung im Bad. - Küchenausstattung völlig unzureichend. Ungewaschenes (Tasse, Besteck) lag herum, wurde aber anstandslos ausgetauscht.

отель выполнил все предварительные условия,не было неприятных сюрпризов.

хотелось бы чтобы в отеле была схема движения городских автобусов

Personnes de l'accueil agréables, appartement parfait pour 5, situation pratique (dans la même rue il y a un supermarché ; juste derrière à 2 minutes le marché quotidien sympa), pas très loin du Duomo...

Un peu de vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle et quelques moutons sous les lits des chambres. Il y a une baignoire mais si les enfants veulent prendre un bain il faut penser à amener son bouchon...

idéal pour famille. très propre et lumineux, 3 grandes chambres avec une bonne literie, 2 salles de bain, 1 cuisine bien pratique. appartement au calme sur cour (attention ceux qui donnent sur rue doivent être plus bruyant!). emplacement idéal pour découvrir tout Florence à pieds. l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier hors zone touristique, donc avec des vrais commerces et un marché juste à coté. parking sur place à réserver.

quelques meubles franchement vétustes. un ascenseur en panne un jour sur deux...

Недружелюбный администратор, плохие подушки. Был слышен уличный шум

Posizione strategica per girare il centro città.

Il lavandino perdeva e allagava il bagno. Puzza di fogna in camera dal primo all'ultimo giorno.Letto matrimoniale formato da 2 letti singoli avvicinati.Wi fi molto scadente ( 5 € al giorno!!!) Pulizia non sufficiente.

Stanze molto grandi e appartamento nella zona pedonale, consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Firenze a piedi.

Appena arrivata mi hanno assegnato un appartamento (Cosimo) buio con un'unica finestrina piccola in soggiorno, camera e bagno senza finestre. Al mio commento negativo la signorina ha detto che mi era stato assegnato quell'appartamento. Maleducatamente ha sbattuto la porta e se n'è andata. Alla Reception il sig. Massimiliano, il proprietario mi ha poi cambiato di appartamento viste le mie lamentele al riguardo, compreso la maleducazione della signorina. L'appartamento assegnatomi (Botticelli) era molto grande con 4 finestroni alti su Piazza dei Ciompi e molto diverso dal primo. Sono stata bene in quest'ultimo, niente da dire. Grazie Sig. Massimiliano, Lei sa veramente come si trattano I clienti !

Великолепное местоположение. Своя парковочка, если вы не собираетесь выезжать из города - отлично. До Дуомо 10 минут пешком, до паркингов вне зоны ZTL 5 минут пешком ( если вам нужно поездить из Флоренции по окресностям. Обратите внимание, паркинги дорогие, но есть возможность приобрести абонемент на 100 часов парковки, в этом случае цена становится разумной), столько же до супермаркета и шикарного рынка Сан-Амброджио. Здание старинное. Но оборудование нас полностью устроило - хороший набор посуды, посудомоечная машина, микроволновка, чайник, фильтровая кофеварка, плита с духовкой. Горячая вода без проблем. Если просить аппартаменты не с видом, а выходящие на противоположную от площади сторону - то с шумом проблем не будет. Я забронировала люкс с панорамным видом на 4-6 человек, а потом начиталась отзывов о том, что площадь шумная и списалась с отелем. В итоге мы получили громадный номер с тремя спальнями и двумя ванными, без вида, но совершенно тихий. Хороший вай-фай. Под одним паролем может работать сколько угодно устройств. В момент поселения в номере были продукты для завтраков - молоко, соки, хлеб, сыр, масло, ветчина, джемы, кексы, чай и кофе. Таблетки для посудомойки тоже есть. Девушка на ресепшене вполне милая, дала нам распечатать билеты в Уфицци из моей почты.

Мебель старая, местами разваливается :) Но это ерунда и даже колорит. Не горело несколько лампочек, пришел парень, поменял
