Our room was gorgeous with high ceilings in a beautiful palace. The staff was very professional and helpful. We had an absolutely delightful stay in a very interesting city. We have absolutely no complaints. Everything was wonderful. |

Cet hôtel a gardé le charme des palaces baroques du siècle dernier. Si on aime une décoration un peu ancienne, le décor est très intéressant. La cuisine dans le restaurant typique sicilien appartenant à l'hôtel est excellente avec un rapport qualité prix très correct Les chambres mériteraient une rénovation des tissus et un peu de fraîcheur. Les équipements de la salle de bains ne sont pas tout à fait à la hauteur du prix demandé en particulier la douche qui fait un peu quincaille..... |

L'hotel occupa un palazzo d'epoca in perfetto stato. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate. La posizione è tranquilla. Abbastanza lontano dal corso principale. |

Cortesia, disponibilità, sorrisi, qualità del cibo, servizi, pregio degli arredi e delle rifiniture di tutto il palazzo; sembra davvero di soggiornare in un'altra epoca, ma con tutti i moderni comfort. E' assolutamente splendido! Congratulazioni a tutto lo Staff. |

grande fascino ed un ristorante sicuramente da guida michelin purtroppo risulta problematico posteggiare e il garage è a pagamento euro 12 a notte.... |

non avuto la possibilità di cenare c/o l'hotel, nonostante sulle guide fosse specificato l'apertura dello stesso, onestamente lo staff dell'hotel si è comunque prodigato nella ricerca dell'alternativa, trovandola |
