If you don't like noisy streets it's the place for you. Absolutly quiet at night - all the windows look into yard. I came for a couple of days from Rome with no luggage. I'd like to have room shoes and a bathrobe. |

luxurious,the staff was perfect,you feel that you leave in a palace! it is a little bit invisible from the road,because it is on the first floor and it has only a little sign outside of it.it is not for people with disadvantages. |

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and had a lot of good ideas to where to go and eat and they also helped us making reservations for the restaurants. The room was very beautiful and tidy and all in all we had a very good stay. The hotel is also located very central to all the sights. |

The room was wonderful, clean, specious and very beautiful. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The location was great. The lady taking care of the breakfast and celaning was at best unfriendly and at worst very rude. |

The room was huge! The bathroom was the largest of our entire 3 week trip :) There are only 9 rooms so there was terrific staff attention. Bonus: Private balcony!! We were totally unsure if we were at the right place (when the cab dropped us off). The labeling was a little confusing... |

Quirky, excellent staff and well worth staying. A listed building so no lift. Some may find this difficult, but for most carrying luggage to the firest floor is worth it to experience the hotel. |

We had the exact room as the photos on the web, make sure to book the suite if you want that room. wonderful fresco, the staff are super friendly/helpful, and reccomended a nice restaurant cross the street. perfect place to stay if you travel lite coz no elevator. location is ideal, close the duomo and in walking distance to almost everywhere. |

Rooms lovely and clean. Hotel impossible to find. Area felt unsafe, especially at night.The hotel was falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel, but it is in fact a bed and breakfast. |

Excellent location and very quiet. The suite facing a sunny garden. Lovely spacious decorated room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Driving by car to the city centre of Firenze in spite of detailed driving instructions was difficult. Parking arrangements with nearby garage a bit chaotic and expensive. |

ruime kamer, mooie badkamer airco op de kamer maakte veel lawaai en bleef hele nacht borrelen, zelfs toen hij uit stond. Vloer was zanderig en vies, dubbele lakens werden niet gebracht, betalen kon niet 's avonds. wel 's ochtends om 8.00 uur, ontbijt was om 8 uur nog niet klaar. etc etc |

Kamer (Venere) was schitterend, het hele gebouw is eigenlijk prachtig. Locatie is heel goed midden in het oude centrum echt vlakbij de Duomo, winkelstraat, restaurantjes etc. Ontbijt was erg lekker en knus. Ruimte voor het ontbijt is erg klein, wij vonden dat niet erg maar verwacht geen grote ruimte met ramen. Het 'hotel' is eigenlijk een Bed & Breakfast dus na 8 uur 's avonds is er niemand meer bij de receptie. Ook dat vonden we helemaal geen probleem, maar het is goed voor anderen om te weten dat er geen 24 uur service is. |
