La foto de la habitación de internet no muestra la realidad de las otras habitaciones. La habitación no tenia Internet por que el cable no era el adecuado. Tampoco funcionaba el Wireless de la recepción. Hoy en día es impensable esto!!!. Yo viajo por todo el mundo y el tema de Internet es una vergüenza. No pudimos trabajar !!!! Claro que no veníamos a trabajar, pero como los negocios son globales, necesitas comunicación !!! Por el tema de internet estuvimos a punto de cancelar la estancia.Tuvimos que irnos en un bar!!!! El personal la verdad muy flojo resolviendo problemas.Perfil bajo!!!! Es una lástima por que el local puliendo detalles puede ser un encanto !!!

Su ubicación, y su original decoración, es pequeño pero acogedor

Deben mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones, no obstante los ruidos que puedes percibir no impiden el descanso.

Actually this is a bed and breakfast facility with location on a busy street in a large building of which the hotel comprises only a part. One has to climb 4 stairs with the suitcases without help to reach a small reception. The.information was excellent and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well decorated with new and excellent bathroom, although all together they are smaller than is suggested on the photo's of the facility in the Booking site. Our room was at street side which is noisy. Only after closing all windows there is actually no sound. May be it is better to stay with a room on the small inner court. These rooms have a tiny balcony on which the blue sky is barely visible. A good breakfast in served in a small room in the basement. In busy times it has the tendency of being too small. The hotel is located in a quit area, away from the touristic sites, where the (young) locals also gather, with very good restaurants very close. All over the price- quality is excellent and we would not hesitate to return here.

The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo, and the room we stayed in was beautifully renovated and decorated.

I was led to believe, from the description of the hotel on bookings.com, that the spa, which is located on the ground floor of the palazzo, is part of the hotel. This is not the case, and the spa charges 50 euro per person for 1.5 hours in the pool and steam bath, so we decided not to use the spa, to the great disappointment of our daughter, who had been really looking forward to a swim.

MSNSuites was our favorite hotel while staying in Italy. The ceilings were vaulted and the bathroom was large and included a long bathtub and tall shower. We didn't see another large shower/bathtub anywhere in Italy. Everything was very clean. We had our own balcony, but we did not spend much time on it bc it wasn't much a view. It was still nice to have at no extra cost. Breakfast was good and the hotel was within a 15 minute walk from everything that we wanted to see. The price was a great value comparatively and the staff was very helpful.

Office closes at 7 pm. Something to keep in mind if you are going to be late arriving for check-in. Walls were kind of thin, but not too bad.

The room is large, spacious, clean and organized. There was a tube in our bathroom, which was very clean. Simple breakfest, but good taste. Central location, just a few steps to the Duomo.

Hard to find, there is only a small sign in the front. No elevator (the rooms are in the 1st floor of the building).

We were shown our room and what it offered by the front desk staff employee. When we walked in: oh my gosh the wonderful aroma. So pleasant and inviting. Our room was large, decorated beautifully, bathroom large and modern. All was superclean. We had a large balcony which we used. We enjoyed the breakfasts which were attended by a very conscientious staff member. All the front desk staff were so helpful and caring. Location was excellent. Could walk to all sights. Security was great. Neighborhood safe. The fact that the rooms face in to an inner courtyard area made it quiet. We loved this b & b and would love to return. Forgot to say we liked having the wine and nice wine glasses available on arrival.

We liked everything about this hotel.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the Duomo in one direction and a five minute walk to Santa Croce in the other. Rooms are pleasant, but not quite as grand as the photographs would lead you to believe! All in all, a good choice for a few days in Florence.

The staff was amazing, helpful and always there to be of assistance. The location was perfect, so close to everything and easy to find.

The front desk staff was wonderful! Showed us our room, explained great places to see while in Florence. Also helped us print out some tickets to one of the galleries and called us a taxi to take us to the train station when leaving. Very helpful in a country we had never been to before!!!

I enjoyed the palazzo, the room, the staff very helpful, the location and the wine.
