Amazing frescoed suite with super comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good, central location.

The location was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, professional and really a very nice person. Breakfast, while minimal, was appreciated and tasty. Room was opulent.

The pillows, but that is petty, minimal and hardly worthy of mention.

Very friendly staff, very large room. Very central (a few minutes walk to the Duomo) Older reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com mentions many issues that have since been fixed. Very quiet room if the heater or airco is not on, but I can only speculate on when that is not the case - see below I will recommend the hotel, but please be aware of some of the issues

Not really the fault of the hotel BUT:Last week of October is very dangerous since Italian law prohibits central heating until the 1st of November. When we arrived it was wonderful, 25c and sunny. After a few days the temperature dropped to under 10c and we were provided with an electric heater the size of a hair dryer. For a room of 45m2 with 7m to the ceiling, it of course was not sufficient. A solution was eventually found, but do not count on this to happen in all hotels. Old palazzos with thick stone walls may be cool in summer but cold in autumn NOTE: the booking.com pictures include a swimming pool. It is a 2m x 6m relaxation bath in the SPA next door. Entrance fee 50 EUR or free with a 90EUR massage. NO discount from the hotel and has nothing to do with the hotel. HUGELY disappointing since the pool was the MAIN reason we did not book a similarly priced hotel elsewhere NOTE: The entrance to the rooms are two flights of stairs with no lift. that may be a big issue if you have heavy suitcases. Breakfast was monotonic - sufficient but the same every day. Tiny claustrophobic "dining room" (old original kitchen) which some will find quaint

Good location but breakfast room needs a bit of music and a better selection of food

Great location. We had two rooms and both were very roomy. The bathroom was large and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast. I was there with my two daughters ( 12 yr and 2 months 1/2)and I found Silvia the front desk girl, really helpful and nice I had a great stay in Florence at Palazzo Galletti, I been in Florence several times and for sure this B&B is the best I could found till now. Location is great just few steeps from the Duomo. Me and my daughters enjoy our stay and had a lot of fun! Thanks to Silvia and the staff of Palazzo Galletti.

I found it difficult with the stroller to carry it up the stairs as no elevator in this old historical buildings in Florence. But I had a strong older daughter who was able to help me.

the Palazzo Galletti was previously a florence palace, so it was spacious with high ceilings. each of the rooms had a different theme

the apartments were on the first floor and because of the age of the building, there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs.

The perfect place to stay in Florence. Great location, fantastic room and bathroom facilities. Very quiet yet close to all attractions.

Location, just walking distance to all the battrac tigons and restaurants.

The receptionest help was great.

Rooms were really big. Very central location to everywhere. Decent continental breakfast. Balcony on the courtyard was useful. The room we had was very quiet. Very pleasant hotel.

For a 4* you would expect tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The suite was wonderful, great location

Breakfast was basic at best, no wireless nor lift which might be an issue depending on your luggage

Não é hotel, é B&B! São três lances de escada sem ninguém pra ajudar a carregar malas. Não é certo colocar fotografias do Spa que não é mais que um vizinho do hotel. Os hóspedes sequer têm desconto! Check out muito cedo. Não oferecer wifi free hoje em dia é muito ruim...

החדרים מרווחים מאוד ומעוצבים בסגנון עתיק אך חדש, במיוחד הסוויטה שקיבלנו בשדרוג בחינם. מקום מדהים במיקום מעולה (קרוב גם לאיזור היהודי בעיר)

Der Kaffee ist wirklich schlecht, das Personal so mittel motiviert.

Nous avons été déçu que la piscine ne face pas partie de l hotel et donc pas compris dans le prix car c est pour ça que nous l avions sélectionné. Le petit déjeuner n est pas bon : jus d orange chimique, pain et viennoiserie fades

המלון ללא מעלית. זה לא כתוב באתר שלכם. לא פשוט לסחוב מזוודה על 36 מדרגות. בעל המלון סמואלו משפיל את האורחים. צועק ומאיים שאם לא ישלמו לפי הזמן הנוח לו הוא ייקרא למשטרה. כל זה כאשר מסרנו מראש את פרטי האשראי כערבות לתשלום. אני ממליץ לא להגיע למלון למרות ייתרונותיו. חופשה אינה צריכה להיהרס עם יחס משפיל. אל תגיעו. פרט לכך יש תקלות בנושא מים חמים. אבל זה זניח ליד השאר.

קבלנו יחס משפיל. צעקות ואיומים שיקראו למשטרה אם לא נשלם ערב קודם היציאה. ולא כמקובל בעולם בבוקר היציאה. אין מעלית ואת זה לא מספרים מראש. מים חמים -נושא רגיש. קורה שאין בבוקר. מליון תירוצים. אסור להגיע למלון זה.

Tout ! Simplement fantastique à tous points de vue : en plein centre à 3 min. à pieds du Duomo, dans un palace datant du 19e siècle très propre et luxueux, chambres grandes, au design hyper soigné, avec petit balcon sur cour intérieure. Très calme. Pour le prix, c'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai pu faire après 15 ans de voyage à travers le monde. Simplement fantastique, pour les amoureux de passage à Florence, cette adresse est inévitable. Du grand luxe dans un cadre romantique pour un budget plus que raisonnable. Du 5 étoiles au prix d'un hôtel Mercure à Paris.

è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

se proprio vogliamo trovare dei difetti, o meglio dei suggerimenti, posso dire che forse sarebbe il caso di variare/incrementare un pò la colazione, visto che il prezzo che si spende non è proprio economicissimo anche se la struttura merita.

Zimmername Plutone kann ich nicht empfehlen wenn man kein Morgenmensch ist. Rezeption zu nahe, zu laut in der Früh. Auch keine Ahnug was darüber liegt, auch zu viel Lärm in der Früh.
