Enjoy a unique stay in Venice at Palazzo Odoni, set in a Gothic building of the 15th century. The establishment is close to the bus and train station.

I booked a suite and it was massive. It also had a fantastic view of the canal. The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. The suites are in a separate building to the main hotel which is quiet and rooms are on the first floor. This building has its own breakfast room (but was not used when this building was not full). WiFi was really good and the Hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy enough to find and close to lots of really good restaurants.
Because I was a solo traveler, I was only given 1 towel. Also, it was a minor inconvenience having to go to the main building for breakfast when the suite building was not full.
location is not very bad(25 minutes walk from the station) ; the service of the staff is good; breakfast is delicious; hot water of the washing room is enough;
During the three-people room, the small bed is not as good and comfortable as the big bed; the signal of the room is not very strong.
The location of the hotel was wonderful, close to the vaporetto station and within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was nice. We stayed in a Junior Suite located above the "San Trovaso" Restaurant (which was excellent since we could just pop in for a meal). The hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful, with three windows overlooking the canal.
Everything was fine. Just one suggestion for the hotel: Since the Dependance is away from the main building, and the reception in the main building is on the third floor (not exactly handy for leaving your keys), you might want to consider giving the guests staying in the Dependance two sets of keys, since not everyone goes everywhere together. One person may want to go for a walk, while the other person may want to remain in the room for a while (with the option of not being stuck there until the first person returns). We managed with one key, but two would have been great!
the location is nice and not flooded by tourists
Some rooms can be noisy because of their proximity to the reception and the breakfast area. Privacy can be an issue there.
Very close to the Grand Canal (Ponte de l'Accedemia), San Marco, the Rialto Bridge within ten minutes walk. Our room was a junior suite, with a well-furnished three-sided roof terrace. The view was mostly roof tops and church towers, but lovely to sit out in the late afternoon sunshine.
Nothing to dislike here
Very close to water bus stop.Quiet location but yet close to all amenities.Good breakfast spread
Felt like a traditional Venetian house, modest breakfast.
Quite pricey...but everywhere in Venice is!
location. closeness to the vaporetto quietness AC room size staff mattress overlooking a small canal location in relation to getting around
WIFI not the best connections pillows
Hotel was great, excellent location Very easy to arrive with public water bus (alilaguna) the blue line, good instructions form the hotel how to arrive, We stayed in the 3rd floor (elevator helped with the luggage) (one person elevator) Room was very nice decorated and very clean and nit. Breakfast was served in the public area very decent and tasty. Hotel staff was very friendly and informative Good place to stay in fair (relativel) to others) price!! Thank you for making our vacation great and smooth!!
Slow, one person elevator View from the room was poor (but it is not important...as we only slept in the room....)
Wifi Not value for money
Well located near the Academia stop. Clean rooms over looking a small canal.
Breakfast was just OK - fairly simple fair. Croissants, bread, cheese, cold meat & a boiled egg.
CCC for clean, comfortable and super central. Will stay here again.
Location, friendliness, atmosphere.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very small bathroom and shower recess.
Location was good
Thin walls lots of older couples. Felt like us and our friends had to always be really quiet.
The hotel was located in a good area and only 20-25 minutes away from the main attractions. Hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. If you only want a hotel to sleep, then this is good value for money. If you want a luxury hotel, spend your money else where, if your on a budget, this is the place.
Staff was helpful and friendly and always available. Able to leave luggage at hotel as we arrived early. Great breakfast. Room was small, but comfortable. Quirky hotel layout and the tiniest elevator!
Entrance is via a very narrow, dark alley, that was hard to find. Fortunately, it is lit at night. The rooms are all off a central great room, and noises from the hotel desk can be heard very easily. Also, didn't like that the door opened into this public great room.
Great location, away from the bustle but plenty going on. Brilliant bar right below
hard pillow. Slow lift
Great location, just 10 mins walk just san marco and rialto bridge, 2 mins to grand canal/water bus stop, Private taxi can drop off outside hotel. - (handy with suitcases,) Spacious and clean traditional room - I advised when booking it was my wife's birthday on our 2nd day and they left us a complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room and a card for her.
Scaffold erected outside one of our (two) 'canal view' 1st floor windows from next doors building work which blocked views. Builders also appeared outside of this Window during the day forcing me to close the curtains and darken the room. Dimmer switch would be nice for main light
Great location! Near the major sites but tucked away from the tourists.
Walls were thin, you could hear a significant amount of noise from the front desk and breakfast room. Bed was two twin beds pushed together.
Large rooms in good location for walking round Venice.
excellent location, close to bridge across Canal Grande, two good eating possibilities next door, good breakfast
poor wi fi, place little bit noisier, but what to expect in centre of Venice ?
The staff were great, did a lot for us.
Our room was spacious and had a great view of the canal, walking distance to all attractions.
The hotel operated out of two buildings. Main hotel building was dark and dodgy, in a very narrow passageway, had a suspect lift and staff were not always helpful. You were pretty much on your own - felt a bit like backpackers lodgings.
Peaceful location and easy to get around
We enjoyed our stay immensely! We were very pleased to find a hotel that could accommodate our family of 5 at fairly reasonable rates. Also, the breakfast was very nice. The location was great- easy access to the water bus or a nice walk to everywhere.
The front door is hard to find. The street address is definitely correct, but it was more an alleyway than a street!
