I absolutely loved my experience at Palazzo Leti. It was just what the doctor ordered. I needed a quiet place near the center of Spoleto, and it was the perfect location: tucked away in a back street, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside/mountains--the perfect setting. The staff were extremely friendly, and were always willing to help with whatever I needed. I highly recommend Palazzo Leti to anyone needing a little getaway to the very pretty, quaint town of Spoleto.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Palazzo Leti in Spoleto. Anna Laura & Gian Paolo were a perfect host couple always ready to help even with parking the car properly or getting the car out of the tight parking lot. Their recommendations for food were impeccable. The place was within walking distance of the most important places in the city. Our room was comfortable althoughh street noise in the morning can wake you up if your window is open. We will be happy to recommend this place to friends and also visit again. We had trouble with our toilet plumbing preventing us from using it for a couPle of hours. Since there was no handyman around, we had to wait for Gian Paolo to fix it. We also had to ask for the air-conditioning to be activated during midday. Everything else worked well.

The location was great, the owners could not have been more attentive to our needs. As far as we are conserned this is one great place to stay. We will use it again .enough can not be said about how great it is.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a lovely hotel situated high on a hill with a superb panoramic view from the terrace and gardens. The owners were charming, friendly and very helpful and we would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Very classy!

This is a gem of a hotel situated in the heart of Spelleto giving easy access to the town and surrounding countryside. The attention to detail is excellent and the owners and their staff are friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble It is difficult to find and navigating the car park can be extremely difficult

The hotel's position is simply marvelous with views over the valley and up to the Fortezza. The gardens are a great place to unwind at the end of the day or soak up a leisurely breakfast.

O hotel é uma residencia particular, lindissima, muito bem localizada, com um cenario magnifico, perto do centro da cidade. O ambiente é luxuoso com uma vista deslumbrante e, principalmente, o casal, proprietario, é muito gentil, simpatico e nos deixa muito a vontade.E De se ressaltar a atençao deles para conosco que extrapolou o tratamento hotel/hospede.

I proprietari trattano gli ospiti come veri amici, in modo garbato e attento alle loro esigenze, anche non strettamente legate al soggiorno in albergo. Il posto è bellissimo, elegante e confortevole. Molto di buon gusto. Colazione con prodotti del territorio e torte fatte in casa. La doccia del bagno tendeva ad allagare il pavimento.

Gentilissimi e ospitali I proprietari. Bellissima la posizione vicino alla rocca albornoz e con un panorama mozzafiato. Una residenza di charme elegante e raffinata. Naturalmente splendido lo scenario della città vecchia di Spoleto.

Hoe aangenaam en uniek dit in een hotel omgebouwd paleis middenin het centrum van Spoleto is door velen al eerder beschreven. Zeer smaakvol ingericht, maar verwacht geen overmatige luxe. Geen badjassen, geen aparte wc. Goed ontbijt, maar de keuze is beperkt. Bijzonder aangename, vriendelijke eigenaar met wie ook een gesprek over de Italiaanse politiek mogelijk is, moet wel in het Italiaans, ook al kent u slechts 25 Italiaanse woorden. Voor hem staat het vast dat de crisis in Italië komt van de "laboro nero" oftewel het zwartwerken. Maar dat weet iedereen. Wat je over het hotel moet weten: met de auto bereikbaar als je gewend door smalle straatjes te rijden met soms nog slechts 10 cm ruimte links en rechts van de wagen. Wel een uitdaging. Maar als je de pech hebt om de bezitter te zijn van een grote bmw, een Landrover, etc, dan heeft u een probleem. Parkeer de auto tijdelijk op de Piazza del Mercato, ligt zeer dichtbij het hotel. Bel de hoteleigenaar, hij helpt u verder. Als u het geluk hebt om op deze piazza een politieauto aan te treffen, vraag naar de weg en zij zullen u persoonlijk begeleiden, met enthousiaste en ontroerde handdruk van de agent bij geslaagde operatie. U bent in 5’ zijn vriend geworden. Hartverwarmend. Zoals geldt voor alle Italiaanse steden: hou er rekening mee dat sommige musea, kerken en vrijwel alle winkels sluiten tussen 12:30 en 15:30. Als u het kasteel (Roca di Spoleto) op de top van de heuvel wilt bezoeken: er is een lift, dus laat u niet ontmoedigen door de hoogte. Het palazzo Leti is een b&b, dus geen romantisch dinertje in het palazzo. De eigenaars geven graag adviezen over restaurants. Persoonlijke ervaring: wanneer u van een unieke, heerlijke echte Italiaanse maaltijd met verse producten wilt genieten, reserveer (ja ja, reserveer!) in "Il Tempio del Gusto". Het restaurant is klein en gezellig, ligt bij de Piazza del Mercato. No internet in the bedroom, but possible on the terrace or the reception room.
