Excellent location in the heart of Spoleto, yet an oasis of peace with beautiful views of the Spoleto countryside. The owners, AnnaLaura and GianPaolo could not be more gracious and helpful. Good quality breakfast with helpful staff. Beautifully appointed room with special touches that showed AnnaLaura's insistence on authentic decor. Parking could be challenging for those with cars, though both owners were very helpful in personally driving cars out of the tight lot near the hotel. |

Lovely hotel in a fantastic position with terrace overlooking the countryside. Very welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. Quiet location at the 'top' of Spoleto but very convemient for sights, restaurants etc. Stylish and interesting. |

The garden, the view, the people, the central location - everything! If your driving head for the top of the hill, keep going up, up, up, there is parking in the square and the hotel has a parking permit for your car - but be aware its a narrow lane to get into the square with a car. |

Its a very nice place the rooms are clean,the garden has beautiful view, and staff are very pleasents and helpful. was very hard to find the place because our Gps didn't get the address of the hotel,maybe shoud mention that that is in Historical center where you can't get by car ,but we get anyway and after we got a paper from the hotel and everythig was ok.we enjoy very much |
