I had a group of 8 women booked at the Palazzo Odoni. We found it with no difficulty from the train station in Venice - only a five-minute walk. I was welcomed by name by Alberto who was extremely helpful and attentive. He personally sent me an email prior to our departure from the USA confirming the reservations. The rooms were decorated in Venician style and were very luxurious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and was served earlier than usual because we had an early departure. I am sorry we were there for only one night. I would suggest several nights of relaxation in the courtyard and more time to enjoy the sites of Venice. No lift but that is common in Venice. However there are rooms on the first level. |

Excellent location. Less than 5 minute walk from Piazza Roma where the bus dropped us off. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Very good coffee. |

Our family room is modern interior design in an old looking building. It has a jacuzzi in the main bedroom. The room is on the ground floor so we do not have to carry the luggages up the stairs. All the staff were nice and gave us warm welcome. We recommend this hotel. The hotel is rather far from the railway station if you have to carry a heavy luggage by yourself. The main bridge across the grand canal in front of the railway station is rather high and also some steps up to the station. |

The hotel is very good located, near the parking lots and not far from the center and it is made in a former Palazzo. The design of the hotel is impressive and looks much care to every detail. The breakfast is very good and of very good quality. They have this quadruple rooms very suitable for families. No. Everything is more than OK. |

Good location within 5 mins walk of central Venice and 20 mins walk to main tourist attractions. The family room was very comfortable, recently modernised, very clean and every mod con including air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing, we would definitely return. |

A lovely little hotel, helpful staff, in a good location, close to the railway station and Piazzale Roma, but still quiet. The courtyard looked beautiful when lit up at night. |

We loved our stay at the Palazzo Odoni. The staff was very helpful and professional and the place itself is beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent....close to the train station and also close to good shopping and dining. We stayed one night at the beginning of our vacation and wanted to stay another night before our return home, but they were fully booked. The hotel we ended up at on our return was almost the same price, but no where near the quality of the Palazzo Odoni. Would highly recommend, and if we return to Venice, we will book here. |

The hotel upgraded our room, so we got a bigger one (for the same price of course) when we arrived. The breakfast was good. The location was very convenient - very close to the bus station. Everything was fine. |

Walking distance from Pzza Roma, lovely atmosphere, english speaking staff.. Cheap charge for internet. Lovely and petit breakfast, cute glasses for Juice.. I stayed at the first floor, and it was too close to front desk(?), then I could hear every phone rings, plus their conversation.. And smallest tv I've ever seen in my life. |

The room was lovely cool although it was very warm weather. The breakfest arrangement wasn't the best. One's have to wait quite a while occasionally to get table and supplies end all the time. |

Nicely situated in a quiet backyard; friendly stuff; room small but adequate for the location and optical enhanced with a large mirror, bathroom fine, breakfast good. In the case of high water the hotel provides rubber boots! |

When we arrived they told us they upgraded us to a larger room since we were staying 5 days, which was very nice and unexpected. The small 15th century palazzo was elegant and their attention to detail in keeping with ancient Venice was very romantic and magical (lit candles in courtyard at night, the sound of a classical trio rehearsing one night). The staff were friendly but a bit formal and hard to engage in conversation. Despite their attention to detail there were still one or two slips -- cold cappuccino one morning and some things not replaced in room the next day, but very minor and supplied immediately upon request. Besides the stairs shown in picture there are addition steep stairs before entering, but ok if taken slowly. |

The hotel is situated in a historic building and the rooms are decorated in an individual style in keeping with this. Well-situated and convenient for airport transfers (a 5 minute walk from the bus station) whilst being both very quiet and within walking distance of central Venice and main sights. Not a problem for us but there are many stairs up to Reception from the entrance into the courtyard and the rooms are up a further flight, with no lift available. Would be an issue for anyone with mobility difficulties or very heavy luggage. |

The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms were big and the bathrooms luxurious in comparisson to to other cities we have stayed in. There was plenty to eat at breakfast time. The outside facade was a bit off putting upon arrival, but once through the big wooded doors it was another world. There was a safe in the room, and secuity was very tight. |

1) The place is close to Railway station (dont forget to print out the Google maps!) although its a little hard to find there is no sign on the outside 2) Hotel is next to a canal (although you dont see the canals from the rooms) 3) High class breakfast appearance (murano glass cups) 4) Quiet 5) Nice bathroom 6)The rooms is warm 1) Awful decoration in rooms (old blankets, old curtains) 2) Although the breakfast room seems elegant the variety of breakfast is very poor and the quantity is low - I felt like a beggar everytime something was finished from the buffet!! I had to ask for everything!!! The staff doesnt pay attention, not enough bread, not enough prosciutto.. |

Very comfortable room with Jacuzzi, High level facilities. The response from hotel staff for my question via Email was very quick. I really recommend this hotel to the guest who is driving to Venice since the public car parks are located nearby (less than 10 minutes walk). |
