Excellent location! Very cute hotel, very kind personnel. You get the sense of home. Problems of space and plumbing that are usually met in the hotels of Rome. |

The place is very convinient for shopping, most attractions also are near. You also can feel yourself like Rome citizen since the hotel takes floor in living house |

The location to the spanish steps and metro. The room sizes were very small, no place to hang bathtowels in the bathroom for example. The room was also very noisy at night, even when the windows were closed you could hear the seagulls and alley cats. Mattress way too soft- backache in the morning. Breakfast is a joke, even by continental standards. |

alberto is a lovely bloke.. helpful and friendly.. the room was clean and comfortable.. the best feature by far is it's location.. it is in the dead centre of rome.. a bit pricey, but given it's location, pretty good value for money.. |

What we like most is the location which is walking distance away from the Spanish Steps. Considering I am not mobile at all (33 weeks into pregnancy thus difficult to walk), my husband and I could step out and came back to the hotel whenever we wanted to. The use of stairs may not be suitable for visitors having problem with movements. |

Nagyon jó helyen van a Hotel, minden könnyen megközelithető innen.Egy negativuma, hogy 2 főre 3 db croissant adnak reggelire, ami számomra elég meglepő volt, mivel előző ittléteim alatt korlátlan mennyiségő reggelit kaptunk más hotelekben. Reggeli mennyisége |

Fui bem recebida , tive um café da manhã muito bom e o que necessitei fui atendida plenamente.A localização com relação a proximidade da Piaza Espanha foi execlente. As janelas são de fundos e não tem vista para nada.Não tem esta informação no site que os quartos todos tem janelas de fundo. Hotel escondido com acesso difíci e com escadas para subir |

Small, B&B style facility, only 6 rooms, on 2nd floor of city block. Location is very central and excellent for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Rooms (at least those at the back, nbrs 3-6) were very quiet. Breakfast not huge but good quality. Friendly, helpfulf staff (although not always on-site but on-call, so arrange late check-in or early check out in advance!). |

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du gérant, la proximité avec les magasins (au milieu de la via Condotti, que rêver de mieux!), avec les restaurants pour passer une charmante soirée, et bien centré par rapport à tous les sites romains intéressants. Poussière sur le téléphone, planche des wc cassée. |

La situation en plein coeur de Rome à deux pas de la place d'Espagne, très pratique pour aller n'importe où à pied ou en métro (station toute proche), et notamment très bien pour sortir le soir dans les restaurants nombreux dans les quartiers proches. De plus, les chambres ne donnent pas sur la rue, et il y en a seulement 6 donc l'hôtel reste très calme, climatisation. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon et très limité (très petites quantités et pas beaucoup de choix). Rien n'est frais : croissant et petit pain congelés et réchauffés au four, confitures, miel, ... en barquettes. Le beurre n'est pas mis au frigo, il est donc ranci!!!! Cela est dû au fait que l'hôtel est tout petit, la salle à manger aussi, et il n'y a pas de cuisine, mais un aménagement dans un placard pour l'évier et un mini frigo!!! Seul le café est correct. Mais on ne va pas dans cet hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. Autres points négatifs, sur les 5 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, le ménage dans la salle de bain n'était pas très bien fait : nettoyage insuffisant, linge de bain changé en revanche tous les jours. |
