The location to the spanish steps and metro. The room sizes were very small, no place to hang bathtowels in the bathroom for example. The room was also very noisy at night, even when the windows were closed you could hear the seagulls and alley cats. Mattress way too soft- backache in the morning. Breakfast is a joke, even by continental standards. |

alberto is a lovely bloke.. helpful and friendly.. the room was clean and comfortable.. the best feature by far is it's location.. it is in the dead centre of rome.. a bit pricey, but given it's location, pretty good value for money.. |

What we like most is the location which is walking distance away from the Spanish Steps. Considering I am not mobile at all (33 weeks into pregnancy thus difficult to walk), my husband and I could step out and came back to the hotel whenever we wanted to. The use of stairs may not be suitable for visitors having problem with movements. |

ottima posizione, personale gentile, silenzioso nonostante in pienissimo centro colazione carente, mancanza del bidet, aria condizionata rumorosa, arredamento non particolarmente curato |

Posizione super (300 metri da Piazza di Spagna), è un boutique hotel, ricavato al secondo piano di un palazzo con ingresso da una delle vie dello shopping più famose del mondo. Il proprietario è affabile e cortese. La nostra camera era di buone dimensioni, considerati gli standard della capitale ed il bagno lindo e completo di tutto. Sicuramente consigliabile |

la posizione senza bidet,senza holl, nome italiano staff asiatico e per giunta non capiscono l'italiano,per arrivare in camera ho dovuto aprire due cancelletti e due portoni, veduta zero,colazione cosi' cosi'. |

La location Ho dovuto aspettare in strada che qualcuno arrivasse e mi aprisse la porta (non si tratta infatti di un hotel ma di una dependance in un piano di uno stabile ristrutturato in cui non c'è un presidio fisso). La colazione non viene servita prima delle 8. |

geweldige ligging in mooiste omgeving van Rome, overal op loopafstand naar toe te gaan, metro ook dichtbij, zeer schoon, knus, kleinschalig met persoonlijke bediening, eigenaar maakt zelf ontbijt voor je klaar, zeer relaxed, je voelt je zeer welkom. alles was zeker o.k., mocht je een groot postuur hebben, dan zal de douche te klein zijn, kan net! |
