My wife and I were in vacation in Rome. Condotti 29 is in the heart of Rome and it is really easy to go to all touristic and historic parts of Rome. The location is perfect. If you are into luxury shopping all luxury brand shops are around. In fact Condotti 29 was completely different hotel than I was expecting. The enterance is not like a hotel and there is no reception. They give you 3 keys for the doors which you need to open the doors one is at the street, the second is at the passage, and the last one is on the 4th flat whwre the rooms are at. Then you need to use a card for your room. The breakfast room has only 4 small tables. The breakfast is very poor. But I must say that all these are not bad when you stay there. I am sure you will be happy with the hotel.

lovely staff, delightful room and the location was fabulous....just 2 short blocks to the Spanish Steps. We walked to everything; the Vatican, the Coloseum, Palatine Hill, Caracalla, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.

Der Inhaber war immer ansprechbar und hat sich um alle Anliegen persönlich gekümmert. Es gab keinen Zwang sich ständig mit Personal oder anderen Gästen auseinandersetzen zu müssen. Sehr gut für Alleinreisende und Geschäftsleute. Das Frühstück war wie im Flugzeug. Aufgebackene Brötchen und schlechte Croissants. Also alles improvisiert, weil das Hotel sehr klein ist.

месторасположение отеля самое центральное, весь исторический рим можно обойти пешком, до ватикана через мост напрямую можно дойти неспешным шагом за 25 минут, в отеле 6 сьютов, у нас был 6-й, очень тихо, так как выходил во двор. номер просторный, кондиционер, телевизор, минибар, шкаф. в ванной комнате ванная, раковина, унитаз с встроенным биде. очень чисто, хорошее постельное и банное бельё, тщательная уборка. континентальный завтрак. очень любезный стафф альберто. готов помочь всегда, огромное ему спасибо!

Solo la posizione in via condotti!!!!!!! Nessun alla reception e se durante il soggiorno si ha bisogno di qualsiasi tipo di assistenza e' inesistente!!! In piu la porta della camera si apriva anche se la si chiude dall'esterno!!!!! Mai piu!!!!

die lage war sehr gut es war selten jemand da beim empfang. also nachts hatten wir kalt und wollten decken haben, aber es war ja niemand da, man konnte auf eine nr. anrufen und innerhalb 10 min. wäre dann jemand gekommen. auch ging unsere zimmerkarte erst nach min. 30 mal versuchen. unser bad war schmudelig und wurde auch am 1.1.11 nicht gereinigt, kein wc papier. einfach alles kleinigkeiten.
