Room was always kept clean and facilities was good. Some of the staff not always friendly and English communication a little difficult at times. Breakfast could be expanded to include a more variety of foods. |

We realy enjoyed the breakfast. We got a quiet room, but the other room was not that quiet because of trafic. The staff was friendly. We got the babycot as ordered :) Since we have a baby, we'd like the carpet on the floor in our room to be cleaner. The bed in one of the rooms needs to be replaced, the matress is to old and has been used for to long. |

Only 2 minute walk from the termini station, could'nt fault the hotel. A little bit noisy outside late at night but not enogh to stop me staying there again. I'd highly recommend it!!! |

Nothing about the hotel seemed above average. The internet connection that was promised did not work throughout the hotel. When I tried to leave I was told that I would be charged for the entire booking, to include days that I would not be there. |

Looked very smart and tidy and had a very good location for public transport Street outside was very noisey due to trams and motorist's habit of sounding their horns for little or no reason. Sauna was extra 18Euros a day!!! Failed to pick us up at airport as arranged and when telephoned sent someone who charged 55Euros when cab to very nearby terminus would have cost us only 30. Return (pre-booked) taxi also forgotten about, we saved money and walked to the taxi rank. |

Su situacion, tan centrico junto a la estacion Termini. Para visitar la ciudad está muy bien. El desayuno no tiene el nivel que debe tener un hotel de 4 estrellas. En general nos pareció que deberia tener 3 estrellas. |

Que está muy céntrico y se puede ir andando a los sitios más turísticos. El sistema de acondicionamiento de la habitación que no se podía regular.La cama muy incómoda.El desayuno pobre. |

Gli standard non sono sicuramente a 4 stelle. Al mio arrivo in hotel, lo staff della reception palesava probblemi logistici, mi avrebbero assegnato una camera provvisoria chidendomi di non disfare il bagaglio in attesa di una sistemazione definitiva. |

La reforma y la decoración. El desayuno muy bien Pasa el tranvía y hay algo de ruido. La zona no es centríca debajo de la Basílica de Santa María es mejor zona para visitar Roma en Pocos días, o más cerca de la plaza de la República |

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum vlak naast Termini (Centraal Station) en is goed bereikbaar. Zeer kleine kamers, erg harde bedden, lawaaierig, beperkt Engels sprekend personeel. Voor de prijs is het een redelijk hotel wat het vooral van de ligging moet hebben. Foto's beloven veel meer dan er geboden wordt. |

フロントスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。テルミニ駅からも近くて便利です。 紅茶・コーヒーセットなんて無かったですよ。湯沸しポット、グラスなどもありません。 |
