Gym is not included in room rate, it is an extra charge.
Excellent location. A quiet room at the rear of the buiding. Staff were very good. Room cleaned every day with clean towels every day.
A bizarre thing happened. On out last night in the hotel, we discovered that the mini bar had been cleaned out. Enquiring about this at reception, we were just fobbed off with no explanation. Did they think we were going to do a runner with all the drinks? Plus we had to pay the city tax in cash and had some difficulty getting a receipt, which was handwritted and did not look official. The wi fi connection was cumbersome and badly designed, Was supposed to be free but we had to pay..
The clean enviroment
For a Euro140 per night it would be more appropriate if there is provision for tea/ coffee in the rooms. It would also be good if the hotel thinks of changing carpets to tiles. However, the carpets were clean. Lastly, the breakfast is okay, however if there is provision to order for either fried or omelete as some people dont like srambbled egg
Position was great, room and facilities were clean and the staff were helpful and very courteous.
Location is really good. Staff as well. However, a bit pricy for what is offered
Only this amazing girl in the front office ..Natalia ...also Wi fi was fair
Everything in this hotel is about money collection ...I asked to use the sauna ...the answer was 18 € per person and you have to ask before ....even when I agreed ???it was used as luggage store
Staff Beautiful furnishings Location Price
Location is good and staff are really accommodating
It shows a roof top terrace with amazing views over Rome, it has no such thing, it is really narrow seating area, that is only available at breakfast time for smokers really and there is no view unless you are six foot tall and can see over the bushes. Hotel offers a spa and gym, this was in the basement that looks like a dungeon and hasn't been open for years! We asked for a room change as the first double room was like a prison cell with the wardrobe over the window so no light! I would rate this hotel no more than 2 stars.
Location is perfect Very clean always Good Breakfast Excellent staff
Nothing to complain
Near termini station Bathroom
Breakfast was poor, no fresh fruit Had to pay extra for the gym, wifi, iron Rough area Old fashioned C Not allowed to use the fridge
The room was very large and updated. Had a wonderful view of the Cologne Dome which was especially beautiful when lit. Loved the outside elevator and its view. The free breakfast buffet was first rate! It was better than some buffet's that we have paid for. The choice's ranged from omelet's to gourmet coffee to a wonderful selection of meat's.The breakfast staff treated us like royalty and were very pleasant The desk staff was very helpful. They helped us map out a couple of tourist locations and never let us pass by the reception desk without greeting us. Honestly maybe the best hotel that we have ever stayed at and we are frequent traveler's. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
For the first time ever, I have absolutely no complaint's whatsoever. Pullman is first class in all respect's!
The location is super.. you can go almost everywhere by walking..it is also a-5 minute walking from the bus station, the underground, and the train... the staff members are friendly.. and the facilities are clean.
The wi.fi is charged... it is not offered for free..
The location is very near to the station and transportation is accessible to all prime locations. The roof restaurant was very good.
Since it is in the city the usual fresh air is missing.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
We have stayed there a number of times, and the staff always remembers our names, greets us pleasantly, and is very helpful with information about public transportation etc. We had a really beautiful room, with historic decor and furniture, and a recently renovated bath with a spa-type bathtub, all for the normal price that we'd paid for a double room.
Some street noise at night, but that was impossible for the hotel to prevent. It goes with being in a big city.
Very handy from the Roma Termini Station. Good breakfast, and helpful staff.
No free WiFi (not sure why? When the room was 80 Euro per night). The TV was poor, it was locked of to set stations, and did not work well, two out of four nights. There was a DVD player that did not work, Again, these are the items that make the stay excellent.
