Do not go by the hotel description: Rooftop view of Rome from top floor : a joke I think the ancient Romans designed the lifts.... quicker using the stairs The room rattled at all times of day: loose furniture, loose ceiuling lights. The pillows thin but like brick. Bizzare bathroom bath/shower arrangement. Would have been OK if advertized as 2.5* hotel. Booking.Com should monitor this kind of posting.
Location is OK

Friendly staff. Perfect location. Nice rooms.

Hotel is like 2 star hotel so not worth paying more than 40 euro. Beds are not comfortable. Street is so noisy that you cannot sleep at all after a hectic day in rome. So it does not serve the purpose of staying in the hotel
It is very near to station. Wifi is good.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly
March 11, 2015
had 2 nights here, 3-5 min walk from Termini, lots restaurants nearby, breakfast was OK, big room & toilet, fair price
March 4, 2015
Breakfast was the same EVERY morning (4 days). Shower was tiny and no bath. Bed was very hard.
Overall it is an OK hotel, does the job if you just need a place to crash. Staff were friendly and professional. Not sure it rates 4 stars.

-The tax wasn't included in the price. (6€ for the night per person, that means 36€ extra for 3 nights per couple) -2 matresses to make a double bed
-warm temperature and water whole day -helpfull staff

Very rude staff (it was very noisy in our room and when i asked the staff do to do something about this problem they replied to me "this is not a church"). I moved straight away to UNA hotel and the service there was AMAZING. The hotel is quite old and does not deserve 4 stars!

do not expect 4 star level, it is a real 3 star but the price/quality is good enough...

- If I have to find a negative argument about the hotel, I would say that the breakfast buffet does not comply with what someone would expect from a 4 star hotel. It was however more than enough for a good start every morning.
- I must say I was discouraged in the beginning by some negative comments of some other users on booking. After having stayed at the hotel, I really do not know how they came to such conclusions. - The location of the hotel is great. More or less just 20 minutes walk from the most important places to be in Rome. - Although I prefer walking around Rome, for those who would rather not, the Underground is just 3 Minutes on foot away. - The hotel is located just one or two minutes away from the bus station with buses taking you to both FCO and CIA. - Internet is for free, but disconnecting often. However I found it a good opportunity to relax more and away from being always "online". - All in all we had a great time in Rome (like always) and the hotel just added to it. I definitely recommend it.

The wifi system was the only disadvantage. The connection was bad.
The location was excellent. Only two minutes from termini metro station. Downtown. The stuff was very polite. All of them. Just perfect choice.

I would have loved abreakfast where there is provision for omelette or fried egg.
The courtesy of staff and clean enviroment.

Gym is not included in room rate, it is an extra charge.

A bizarre thing happened. On out last night in the hotel, we discovered that the mini bar had been cleaned out. Enquiring about this at reception, we were just fobbed off with no explanation. Did they think we were going to do a runner with all the drinks? Plus we had to pay the city tax in cash and had some difficulty getting a receipt, which was handwritted and did not look official. The wi fi connection was cumbersome and badly designed, Was supposed to be free but we had to pay..
Excellent location. A quiet room at the rear of the buiding. Staff were very good. Room cleaned every day with clean towels every day.

For a Euro140 per night it would be more appropriate if there is provision for tea/ coffee in the rooms. It would also be good if the hotel thinks of changing carpets to tiles. However, the carpets were clean. Lastly, the breakfast is okay, however if there is provision to order for either fried or omelete as some people dont like srambbled egg
The clean enviroment

Everything in this hotel is about money collection ...I asked to use the sauna ...the answer was 18 € per person and you have to ask before ....even when I agreed ???it was used as luggage store

It shows a roof top terrace with amazing views over Rome, it has no such thing, it is really narrow seating area, that is only available at breakfast time for smokers really and there is no view unless you are six foot tall and can see over the bushes. Hotel offers a spa and gym, this was in the basement that looks like a dungeon and hasn't been open for years! We asked for a room change as the first double room was like a prison cell with the wardrobe over the window so no light! I would rate this hotel no more than 2 stars.
Location is good and staff are really accommodating
