Score from 3251 reviews Very good
Totally no service but just rent a room to guest.
The wifi was very poor at the hotel room. There is no iron inside the room. The bed is too small for a single bed ( more like a massage bed )
Good location, walking distance of train station.
The location respect to the main Train station
It was quite noisy. I could hear people talking loudly (staff).
Budget and accessible to public transport, Bars/restaurant in all corner. Staff are friendly Clean
-no drinking glasses! -windows must have a thin (voile) curtain. -Breakfast venue is not inside the building -300mts away from the hotel. -must have a doorbell in each room. -you must specify Palma hotel or Palma Angelica etc, with the exact address.
The bathroom was well renovated. The room was comfort and clean
we were transfered to a 2 stars b&b in an another big, old and insecure building. The room was at the ground floor with an unpleasent smell and a big window at the back yard used for the garbage.
room was bood
got to parma res, then had to walk 300 mts acros a very busy road, the man pointed to a big gate and said just ring ,we did for 20mins then we were given tickets to go to a snack bar which was amile away toget breakfast, which was 1cup tea,cofee,1small glassof juice,1custard cake.there were no facilities at all ,at the block, totally disgusted
The area is located close to Termini station. The rooms are clean.
It is not a hotel, the stuff don't have any clue about hotels or the area where they are located. They are not helpful. The reception is located in other buildings away so we don't have any reception ad the other reception is not helpful. Some other guests that I asked are staying for 60 or 70 Euro but I booked through booking.com for 110 Euro and this is not acceptable .
Nice clean spacious renewed apartment. Nice entrance (building is closed with a fence). Elevator reminded me of MYST (game).
Fridge in room did not work properly. Man at desk claimed i did not pay the right amount of city tax when we left. I'm pretty sure he mentioned the tax raise at the beginning. I paid but left me with a bad feeling. Please be specific about the place. Its a long walk to the annex. The breakfast is an ordeal. We've been once to Riks Café skipped it twice. Not a good way to start you're day. It would be great if there was a facility for coffee/tea.
Closeness to transport
Went to the address as on booking.com, and twice was directed to somewhere different some distance away. Rooms incomplete and noisy within building. Breakfast not good and had to walk some 1/4 Klms to a cafe where staff were not pleasant.
The location was pretty good about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. The room has recently been renovated and furnished. There was air-conditioning. I also like that the room was very big and spacious. The breakfast was ok. To get it we had to go to a cafe/restaurant about 400 meters away. It included small piece of pastry, a cup of coffee and a small plastic cup of juice. It wasn't bad but we always had to go get another snack else where for breakfast because small piece of pastry wasn't enough. But I guess Italians don't eat large breakfast.
Our room was in a bit further location than the one mentioned on Booking. It was a bit further from Termini station next to a busy road. That's why it was pretty noisy during a day and at night. We had a room on the third where there was no internet connection. To get wifi we needed to get downstairs to the first floor. There was a room with a wifi router and a sofa. For that kind of price there should be wifi connection in every room. The other issue we experienced was a problem with a duvet. We booked a twin room - two separate beds but in our room we found only one big duvet for a double bed. We went to a reception to get this done. The receptionist didn't really care about this but eventually gave another small duvet for my bed.
Very strange setup. Not a hotel. More like a guy took over several apartments in the first floor of an apartment building. More like a dorm. The staff is totally indifferent. The breakfast is at a restaurant-- the staff there is also totally indifferent.
Very dumpy. Bad breakfast.
Station nearby location
this hotel has 3locations,you have to check in in one place, sleep in another placr, have brrakfast another place! good, luck if you are not geting lost!
Perfectly located in central, close to everything.Clean rooms, good WI-fi connection.Friendly staff.I would recommend to everybody and definitely will go back here next time.
Don't expect huge breakfast, was quiet poor but better than nothing.
Comfortable room with good outlook - we were in Serendipity room in other block.
Walking to breakfast and the breakfast felt as though we were on a conveyor belt being shoved a pastry and drinks.
Extremely poor Internet conection in the hotel. You can't even check your e-mails.
Not bad location .
Not modern equipment. It may be inconveniet for ladies to use the bathroom. The elavator was too old.
the building had a good atmosphere
it was quite noisey due to traffic
Hello I am from Korea I was staying at palma for 3 nights. The location is tres tres bien! Near termini station, there was no begging near the house at all. And the staff was so nice and kind. Very good memory in Roma.
Little bit bugs... And your breakfast will only be with a croassant and a cafe. But I felt satisfied to this breakfast
Nice clean room with a big comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Good location in the center, close to the Termini Train Station.
Breakfast was very poor (both in quality and quantity) and served couple of streets away from the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel I got the confirmation from, I was asked to move to another one (there are 3 Palma Hotels). Very inconvenient with the big luggage... Staircases, the lift and corridors were quite old and gloomy (so the nice room was a big positive surprise!). The TV did not work the second day (the signal was too weak).
clean，convenient，quiet and cheap
there is no wifi in the room~
Perfect location, clean room and kind staff. We had a very nice stay at Palma Residence.
