Place is very close to Termini train and metro station, close to the centre. Stuff was very kindly. Breakfast was served in close cafe, included only 1 sweet bread and coffee/tea plus juice. :-( The stuff changed towels and cleaned the room every day
Poor breakfast Missing bulbs - in the bathroom and by 1 side of the bed
location, cleaning every day
the shower not very clean @ comfortable
> clean > nice staff > good acces from Termini > VERY good as for that price
> bad WIFI access
-Clean rooms -Breakfast was alright
- Unprofessional staff! I had reserved a room and asked them if I could pay in advance 2 months earlier. They I assured me like ten times that they would do that for me (i called them many times). They tried the payment when I WENT there and told me it couldn't be done although I called them the same day asking them if I had to take money out with my ID from the bank before the flight to pay in cash. I was assured that "no worries, we have all the systems". When I went there we had to pay 300 euro from our pocket money because I had forgotten my card which I would't have done if they had tried the payment a month earlier. Very, very unprofessional. Would not recommend it to people that like organized, professional and good service. Besides they didn't apologize properly! -Rooms were not like in the pictures, much smaller, we were next to reception. Noisy big door outside. - Definetely don't recommend it.
The location is 15mins walk to the.roma termini. They dont have heater in the room.
The double room was refurbished and very clean. We found it an ideal starting point for our sightseeing in Rome. The room was good value for money. It was on the fourth floor with a view over the neighbourhood.
Breakfast is provided in a café near the place where you get a coffee, a bakery item and a juice. That's alright. However, the staff in the café is super unfriendly. The room was a bit clairaudient.
This is a very good hotel to trippers. Easy to find, it is near by Termini. Good location, sights (Vatican, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon) are within 4km. Friendly staff. Good price.
There is no rack to towels in the bathroom. A little bit small and viewless rooms.
The hotel is really close to the city center. Everything is reachable by walk. Own bathroom for the room. Cleaning every day.
The hotel is really noisy. We could not sleep enough, the walls are thick and the italian people and the other quests were really loud, even in the late hours...
The receptionist Zaid help us a lot interns of information
You will heir the sound of the flush every time someone goes to toilet.
No English Chanel's , almost all hotels have only italian tv Chanel's . Very annoying
good location close to center of Rome .. rooms are recently renovated..
WiFi not good in the rooms..
We were unexpectedly arranged to stay at a different hotel which is farther to get to the station.
Reception staff are helpful. Room are new.
Palma hotel consist of three buildings. People keep going in the wrong one. "Wifi available in all area" is a false advertisement. In booking.com it saids wifi free in all area. Please put that out. I stay in Rome for business not travel. Wifi is important for me and I choose this hotel because it said wifi in all area. Breakfast is funny too. I have to walk too far for my breakfast. 5 days that I stay there each morning I walk only halfway and decide to buy some thing to eat and return to my room. Bed is not comfortable. Double bed is made of two small bed that doesn't really merges. Room a bit noises even the one not near the street. Because it would be near the main building gate which closed very loudly evertytime someone get thru.
Did not informed us about exact location. They have 3 or 4 locations.
they have also kept my luggage after my check out
they have tried to give me a room in another building
Really bad service in almost everything.
Location Room itself was clean but in old dirty building Thin walls lost of noice
Brand new apartment with kind and helpful staffs.
The location was little far from the train station. The address shown is the reception. The apartment is 10mins walk from the reception and 15mins walk from the train station.
Nothing, this is really bad.We did not even stay there after looking at it and stayed at a nearby hotel instead.
Rude and offhand staff, poor premises, breakfast miles away, and a very unsafe feel about the place.
The single room I got opened out onto an elevator shaft. No fresh air. Hum of electrical generator filled the room all night long. They don't show a picture of this room when you're looking on the website.
We booked into this hotel twice we were so happy with the accommodation.. Were very happy with the room, the view and the cleanliness. Zaid was particularly helpful. We were delayed on a flight from Amsterdam and only got to the hotel at 1am - there he was to let us in. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel. We felt central to everything it was so easy to find your way around Rome from this central location. Breakfast and coffee at Ric's was ample.
Two pillows would have made the bed a little more comfortable and glasses to drink our beverages from would have been a plus.
Room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was a little slow.
Very difficult to find a few signs would be helpful. Felt a little unsafe (car alarms throughout the night, a car broken into immediately outside, large iron locked gates, etc.).
Totally no service but just rent a room to guest.
The wifi was very poor at the hotel room. There is no iron inside the room. The bed is too small for a single bed ( more like a massage bed )
