The hotel has 3 different positions, not far from each other, but it would have been nice to know which one to go to first

Rooms were in excellent condition. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful and very courteous and polite. Real Value for money for budget travellers.

Difficult to find the place. Even after finding the main Hotel, we had to go still further to the Annexe building, which was a further 5 to 6 minutes walk. Breakfast was also served at a different place, another 5 to 6 minutes walk in the morning. But Room was comfy, and these were but minor problems.

The Palma Residence has very good location, the staff was helpful.

The room was little bit poor. The breakfast too simple, it wasn't enough for us. The 3 bed room actually double bad with spare bed.

It was near termini station, therefore easy to move around rome and considered it safe.

They gave us a twin bed instead of queen as reserved and since my husband and I are big,while sleeping would fall off bed.

the receptionist does not speak English, they have 3 different building hotel, we arrived at a hotel, we had to go to another building to sleep, and go to another place to have coffee in a bar, breakfast room a croissant and cafe, only, very expensive and very poor... the room was smelling of mold

Of cause, it was the location. Close to Termini station and metro Castra Pretoria, as well as to some key places of interest. Also, I liked the green yard with fruit trees and the fact that we were independent. We stayed in Palma 2, in Via Palestro, and it was a nice old-fashioned block of flats, where the hotel occupies part of it. We had our keys and could come and leave at any time. The room was quite clean, the towels were changed every day, two times in 6 nights that we spent there they changed the sheets. The bed was comfortable.

The shower in our room for the greater part of time we stayed there worked badly, however, 1 day before we left it was replaced and it became ok. No glasses even for cleaning teeth. No shelves in the bathroom. The plug of the fridge wouldn't go into the socket! And the staff didn't bother to do anything about it even after my request. Paper-thin walls, each sound could be heard from the neighbouring rooms.

I did not like that they charged for one of the rooms from my credit card before getting there. Then there was some confusion about what was booked and we ended up further from the train station then combined but together. The breakfast that was poorly composed of coffee and a croissant was served in an independent luncheon far off. The electrical installations were really poor and you needed four keys to pass through the building to get to your room.

Akram Munshi was a really helpful receptionist! We had some problems with our credit card and we even got sick for some days so he understood our position and we do appreciate it! Thanks to him our holiday was amazing!

Hotel is near (5 minutes by walk) the central train station. Room was clean and furnished well. Reception guy was nice with us. They give a discount coupon for the restaurant near the hotel and it was great dishes only for 5 euros included drink.

The location is ok, very convenient if to travel to/from Termini station.

A breakfast in a bar is very small. The rooms look much nicer here on the pictures than in reality. The bathroom is old and there is not really a separate shower, just a shower faucet on the wall.

The only thing I liked is the staff. They tried to help me best they can. But were very ignorant.

I booked a room for 3 adults and the room given was just right for single person. It was so clumsy and shabby. I had a major argument with everyone out there. After 2 days of my inconvenience I was transferred to a room which was nice. The toilet flush made such a noise that my son is still afraid of using our home loo. I would say...Do not book this hotel...Its horrible.

Close to the Termini station, easy to find and reception took us to residential apartment where you actually stay which is only a minute away. Clean.

Only coffee and sweet pastry for breakfast.

it was very clean. the bathroom was brand new. everyday our room was tidied up. great location!!! i am surprisingly satisfied!

The location was very good. Just 5min walk from Roma Termini!

The price is a bit expensive compared to the quality. Staff speaks poor English. The breakfast includes a coffee or juice with a small piece of cake, and everything else is extra and we had to pay for it! Breakfast served at a bar 200m far, so we had to dress up for that!!

Very close to Termini, nice neighbourhood. Clean, modern and comfortable appartment. Helpful english speaking girl in the reception.

Breakfast is served in a cafe nearby which is not a big problem. Italian breakfast as everywhere else in Rome but very poor (worse I had while travelling round Italy). Not even a proper croissant but something dry and hard with no filling inside. No jam or butter to make this pastry tastier. They had toasties- payable separate (1,5). dont recommand it either.
