Score from 50 reviews Very good
cosy, modern nice room. good place.
The wifi is only on ground floor at the reservation the only downside i think
Rooms are ok, location Very good - close to undeground.
Wifi only in reception, no hotel parking, you have to pay parking automat.
good location bc it was a few minutes away from termoli station, which is the hub for train, bus and subway services but the area around the hotel is run down I would recommend leaving the car at the hotel and taking public transit, the subway system can take you anywhere! nicely and newly decorated rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious overall we were very comfortable
paying for parking, need to be out to pay at the meter for 8am to get the parking coupon - 8 eur per day, cost isn't so bad in comparison they advertise free wi fi but no connection in our room, too far from router! we had to go to reception area which wasn't always open. tried to call from abroad to let them know we were on our way and couldn't get an answer, very frustrating! don't expect a hotel, its an apartment with a small wing of rooms that are the Palma Residences. run down apartment, pictures of the courtyard online are not the reality! walls are paper thin. arriving late at night as we did probably not a good idea, better to arrive earlier so your impression of the place won't be so bad need to walk a few blocks for cafes, food etc, not too far but outside your doorstep either
Cleanless Room Near Termini
Some Staff Breakfast at a cafe that is working under aggrement with Palma
Big rooms, new bathroom in the room
Hotel is 5min walking distance from Termini but away from other tourist attractions.
The room and the bathroom simply and functionally furnished. All new (TV was still stuck foil) and working. Daily cleaning, change of towels and, if necessary, replenish toilet paper, shampoo, soap. Breakfasts at Rik's Cafe ', some 500 m from the building (near and always "on the way"). A typical Italian breakfast bun & coffee / tea (it was not enough to me, so I always bought extra panini for 3 euros). Our room was located on the 3rd floor but there was elevator, so there was no problem. Staff communicative, polite and helpful. There was no Wi-Fi in the room but it was available at the reception (essentially only one time I had a need to use it :-)).
Too thin walls, sometimes we could hear what others are doing behind the wall at night ;-)
Good reception, WiFi and location. Decent rooms. May be a bit noisy (had a room with windows facing the backyard, some ventilation noise was present)
The room was remarkably clean. A lovely courtyard setting made it seem like an oasis.
> good location close to Termini > clean > relatively cheeper than most
> wifi only works at the reception (who needs tv when you're visiting Rome? it's the wifi that's necessary!) which wouldn't be that bad if at least there was a convenient place to sit there > basic accomodation
At first glance the room looked amazing, as it was very recently renovated. The receptionist was friendly and with a lot of sense of humour.
The window didn't close properly, so the noise from the street was very loud. There were no blankets for the bed, so during the night it was very cold, so we slept very bad. Also, the toilet seat was completely loose.
Balcony to relax on and air con a pro, great location
Quite difficult to find - no signs it was a hotel
Great location, wifi is fast, each day the room was cleaned - new sheets and towels each day.
The bed was a sofa bed and not comfortable.
For very good price we got everything we needed in great location near the Termini station (both lines of metro, buses trains, shops, food...) Room was simple, but nice and large enough. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning and changing towels every day Free wifi Small fridge in the room for is a plus Good air conditioning The rooms are in appartment building with courtyard and garden, there is a nice old lift. You go to café nearby for breakfast - you can see how the Italians live.
Just the road is noisy, so I recommend to close the windows during night or buy the ear plugs, but it was not so bad.
Location close to Termini station. Clean rooms and nice cleaning ladies. New furniture, comfortable bed. Helpful guy at the reception.
Many things were in practice different as they claim on the web page. Reception opens the doors only until midnight (and 24hr reception is claimed on the web page). Only one set of keys for two persons, makes it complicated to enter the room after midnight, throught all the 4 gates. No internet signal in rooms, internet area not accessible after midnight. Windows do not close, so it gets very noisy during the night in the room. They rent rooms in the block that is being renovated: terrible noise from early morning until the afternoon. They made me pay the tax twice, as it was hard to get the receipt for the tax. One has to wait long sometimes until the door gets open, as receptionists have to take guest to they rooms in different buildings. Reccommendation: The hotel should pay salary for two people at the reception if they want to have 24h working reception, organized this way it cannot work properly.
Good location Comfortable bed Spacious room and bathroom from European standards Good air-conditioning Safe and secure
Not really a hotel, more of a residential block with a couple of floors converted into room blocks for rent. Breakfast is a walk away at a cafe that serves just a single bagel and a drink. Overpriced compared to the setup of the facility. No intercom in the room, if you need to talk to reception you have to go down three floors and then into an other block to reception. There are three Palma residences, ended up going to the wrong one as it was not clarified in the booking. A couple of others also ended up doing the same. Wi-Fi is very bad
Near Termini station
Bad wifi connection, old rooms, very small tv and very bad breakfast and service.
Nice building, rooms are clean with new furniture, excellent facilities for a budged hotel. Close to Termini Station.
Friendly and helpful staff, fair price, nice yard with a huge garden.
The room was so little that I think the room was for one, not for two. Breakfast in the cafe three blocks away, and there was no options they only suggested a sweet bakery and a drink, what if I have diabetes? Felt like throwing money away..
1.Room 2.Cleanness 3.OK OK - just need adjust
1. Breakfast was horrible. 2. No Internet connection 3.Value for money - just need adjust
very clean, nice staff, good location near termini.
small breakfast at rik's cafe, wifi did not work in the room, window did not close, so it stayed open through the night which brought mosquito hell.
Location and cleanliness
Breakfast is just coffee and bread plus if you are a late sleeper you don't get any choices at all (bread)
Free wifi at whole rooms to be needed
Location is perfect, staff was kind, room was quite spacious, bed quite big and comfortable, bathroom was small but freshly renovated, nice building.
The wi-fi was not functioning at all. Adjacent to the room there was a strange small room, which might have served as a kitchen previously, but now it was half empty and run down, looked quite weird. The noise isolation is horrible, you can hear everything that is going on on the corridor. Breakfast is not in the building but in a bar 5-10 min walk away, which is not ideal (even though not a big deal).
