Not a lot really apart from the staff being very friendly. Although we requested a no smoking room, the room we stayed in smelt of smoke... It was very noisy as it was right on a main road, outside the train station. Bathroom facilities were poor - no bath, just a shower that flooded the bathroom when used. |

The location is excellent (if you catch the right train). Staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Good continental breakfast, with a selection of 10 different cakes (yes cakes for breakfast!). The room was a smoking room and had the smell of stale smoke. The bathroom contained a shower within the bath, with no stand for the shower head or shower curtain. |

We Loved how close the hotel was to the ruins of Pompeii. It was super convenient. The hotel smelled like smoke. It was very noticeable. So asking for a non-smoking room was not useful. |

I enjoyed the beautiful roof garden with a spectacular view of Mt. Vesuvius and the town's cathedral. I especially enjoyed the 19th century elegance with modern conveniences. The location is perfect for visiting ancient Pompeii and Herculaneum and for travelling on the CircumVesuviana to other towns. The staff is friendly, helpful and some staff speak English. I will definitely stay there again. |

We were very impressed with the Hotel Palma. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was included with our room and was very delicious. There is a hot tub on the roof of the hotel with an amazing view of night time Pompeii. We had a quad room that had lots of space for our family of four. We were impressed w/cleanliness, hospitality, & quietness. |

The location, the confort of our room and the friendly staff. Since this was our first time to Italy it was a little difficult for us at times. Since we experienced the fine Italian food throughout Rome, Postiano, Amalfi and Capri we were very disappointed with our dinner at the hotel. The food was not that good. |

We chose this hotel as we were visiting the ruins of Pompei The noise from the street. We did not get the air-con remote until we asked for it as we could not sleep with the balcony door open |

Having an Air Conditioner made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that we had about the hotel or Pompei. They were also very accommodating to our needs. |

Opposite the entrance to the Pompeii excavations, this hotel is situated in the heart of the town, just a 5-minute walk away from the main Piazza. |
Occupying an enviable position in the historical hub and boasting stunning views of Vesuvius and the Lattari Mountains, this elegant 4-star property presents an attractive base for both the business... |

The Grand Hotel Le Zagare is certainly grand with its colonial façade and charming gardens. Set between Naples and Sorrento, it has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. |
