Really very familiar atmosphere. All evenings could be spend in hotel bar and feel as a part of one fellowship together with other guests and team. Very carefull staff indeed. Wide breakfast offer and team very open to any expactations relating evening courses in bar/restaurant. Very close to lift system of Madonna. Thanks a lot for whole team and aspecialy for Manuela :)

Breakfast is excellent, but you should ask to add croissants.

There is no elevator in the hotel, the money asked us the night before to go tomorrow day, how do you escape, there was no nice to tell you in the morning when you went.

Second time we have stayed at Hotel Palu this year and once again received 5 star service. This is a really good place to stay in Madonna.

The owners of Hotel Palu were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we were happy with our rooms and also were able to accomodate us short notice with another night stay because of the weather. The hotel is very close (< 1000 meters) to the Madonna di Campiglio ski resort. Which made it easy for us to take the local ski bus back and forth to the hotel. Hotel Palu also offers a personal ride to any of the resorts in or near Campiglio for a small charge (1 euro each way) The owners were gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area plus provided with discount cards for those restaurants. The breakfeast provided at the hotel was very generous and the atmosphere in the bar area was warm and inviting. Overall a wonderful experience

Rooms are very basic but clean. It was difficult to connect to the internet from the upper floors. However, you are there to enjoy Madonna di Campiglion and not stay in your room and work. There is no lift in the hotel so be prepared to climb stairs to your room

Good location, 5 minutes away from Spinale cable lift. Ski room is equipped with heating. Each room has a balcony. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. A Russian-speaking manager (if relevant). Nice interior in public spaces, a fireplace.

We chose the hotel initially because it claimed free wifi in the rooms. It was a critical issue for us for business reasons. We ended up with intermittent wifi connection and a permanent need to tell the staff to fix it. No one really cared. There are no hot dishes for breakfast, although this was never mentioned before. Eggs, pancakes, waffles or whatever cost 5 Euro each. There is totally no coffee for breakfast. Not even instant coffee. So, 3,50 for a cappuccino. There is no kitchen in the hotel. One can order lunch or dinner from nearby hotels, which will be brought and served in Palú, but we never tried it. Bath facilities are poor, the water in the shower stayed there and thus one had to stand in a puddle of water up to their ankles. No spa facilities. Not all receptionists speak good English. Thus, it's more reasonable to choose a hotel with paid and stable wifi access than trust the free, but problematic here.

Warm and friendly hotel, good location near ski lift and town, good breakfast and snacks, exceptional 5 star service!

Fantastic cosy atmosphere promoted by the hotel staff and owners, nothing was too much trouble, we felt like family members! Lovely small hotel in a great location, cant wait to return.

Struttura un po' vecchiotta nelle camere, anche se accettabile.

Замечательный добродушный персонал, благодаря которому в отеле уютно и приятно. Ежедневная уборка номера и смена белья. Из номеров вид на горы. До подъемника менее 300 метров. Хочется еще вернуться в этот отель. Всем советую!

Gostei de tudo, desde o atendimento da recepção, do quarto, do café da manhã, e o pessoal do hotel muito acolhedor, dão bastantes referencias sobre locais a visitar, restaurantes, etc. Indico a quem me pedir informações. Boa localização

Não encontrei nada de ruim.

Das junge Personal ist überaus freundlich und bemüht, vor allen Dingen der Koch mit seiner strahlenden Laune lässt einen auch das schlechteste Wetter vergessen. Das Büffet ist reichhaltig und frisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Очень понравился отель. Отличный дизайн,чудный аромат комнатных духов,чистые, просторные, уютные номера,хорошие завтраки и особенная благодарность персоналу Матео, Мире и ещё двум девочкам спасибо вам огромное за то что вы так внимательны к каждому гостю.Отель очень удобно расположен: близко рестораны(в некоторые из них от отеля есть скидки), до подъемников 7-10 мин. пешком или рядышком остановка ски-буса, или можно доехать до подъемника на автобусике отеля.Хотели бы ещё приехать к вам со своими друзьями.

El hotel no puede estar mejor. Todo el personal es super amable.Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos organizaron los transfer para el aeropuerto. Todo son facilidades Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Seguro que repetimos.

Breakfast is good but very simple. There is no dinner menu and you need to go to the city restaurant. It's not a problem but just for info.

отель выбирался по двум критериям: цена и интерьер. Отель оформлен в альпийском стиле, чисто, тихо, приятные вечера в баре у камина. Хочется особенно отметить персонал отеля - предупредительный, отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Отдых в отеле оставил самые хорошие впечатления. Теперь о финансовом вопросе. На сайте отеля было заявлено о скидке на ski pass. Мы же забронировали отель через booking.com. Но несмотря на то, что мы не заказали пакет ''отель+ski pass'' , скидка на ski pass нам была предоставлена. Отдельное спасибо Матэо и Мире за заботу. Ребята, вы - супер!!! Обязательно вернёмся с друзьями!

Ragazzi veramente in gamba, giovani ma bravi, cordialita' incredibile. Colazione buona anche se il salato non era vario e un po ripetitivo. Perfetto il pulmino per il trasporto alle piste anche se a pagamento, noi ne abbiamo sempre usufruito anche se la cabinovia Spinale era a 5 minuti di strada a piedi. Posizione buona vicino al centro.

Le uniche note negative se cosi' si possono definire, sono un caldo incredibile in camera, mancanza di ascensore.

La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff su tutto. La camera molto ampia e la vicinanza dell'albergo al centro(nemmeno 5min a piedi col passeggino). Noi non abbiamo sciato, ma pure la funivia dello spinale è vicinissima e hanno a disposizione anche un bus-navetta!

Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany hotel. Prowadzony przez młode małżeństwo, I mlodych pracownikow. Wszyscy bardzo starają się żeby kazdy z gosci byl zadowlony. W cenie jest obfite śniadanie. Hotel na życzenie dowozi narty pod sam stok ( ewentualnie do przejscia lekko pod gorke 500 m ). Pokoje bardzo przestronne, czyste I co było dla mnie ważne w calym hotelu jest działajacy bezplatny internet. Hotel świetny zarówno dla rodzinny wypoczynek jak I krótki wypad na narty.
