Continental breakfast only with very limited choice. If you want to reach the hotel parking, choose a car not too wide because of very narrow street. Price too high in cold season.
You are in a palace with a breathtaking view on the Amalfi coast. If you have the choice, prefer the rooms at level -1(which is an upper level) in order to have a better view. Room 426 is perfect. What is served for breakfast is extremely good, in particular the orange juice and the croissants.
The chairs on the dining balcony had protruding nails from the base of the back by the seat and need to be replaced. They tore my favourite top and the batman showed no sympathy when I asked for them to be taken out of service, just swooped it for another. Fortunately it was not a designer top. The light in the bathroom over the wash basin was not in place. In UK this would have been a health and safety issue! Very clean bathroom though, presumably in the process of being refurbished.
Very charming reception staff, and a great view, one of the reasons to call in at Ravello for a night.
The hotel is stunning but NOT if you are located in another building in a small room in an annex 100m down the road; they would not give us a different room but the hotel was clearly not busy. They charged €5 for ice in the room!
Rooms a bit tired
No pool but you can use one at hotel giordano which is useful
very nice historical building very good breakfast
Room was on bottom floor and got very little sunlight, which gave it a slightly dank odor. Next time, I'll ask for a room on a higher floor.
Stunning views, luxurious bathroom, got upgraded to a suite, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again (unless I want a pool).
Amazing views, garden, and beautiful restaurant! Staff is lovely, helpful, and smiling..
Getting to the garage in a full size car is scary. If you hire a car at Naples and drive, make it a narrow one.
This is the full Ravello experience - classic Amalfi coast beauty.
Very old. Needs major renovations!! Not comfortable. Not a 5 star Hotel. Not worth the money Maybe 3 or 4 star hotel.?. We left after 1 day even if we were schedule to stay for 4 days!!!
The staff was amazing. Very Helpful!!! Nice view
The breakfast buffet was average. The wifi connection was poor.
It was clean and comfortable.
Staff were brilliant. Good service.
Old facilities. Room in basement felt damp.
The history of the hotel. Excellent location. Friendly staff.
All round beautiful hotel with exceptional views and great service. The place has character, and class. Perfect
Fantastic views of the coast. Very romantic. The staff goes out of it's way to make you feel special.
No gym facilities
The view was amazing. Lovely vibe
Very friendly staff, superb location
Our room was very cold and the manager tried to convince us it was fine. When I went up to the lobby I finally felt warm. They put us in another room after I begged that it was late and I wan't to be comfortably warm and sleep. This room's heat was also broken until they sent for a mechanic to fix it. The lobby is historically beautiful but the rooms are very shabby like a 2 star hotel. Also had to pay e25 a day to park in a shed. We left after 1 night even though booked for 2 nights. I expect to get my second night fee refunded by you. It was a horrifying experience because the manager was so nasty.
The only reason we ranked the breakfast as poor was that we couldn't get one nor dinner at the restaurant.
Elegant hotel, beautiful interior, very nice location close to the square & other sites. Delightful staff.
