    Easy access. Great location. Cheap.

Room was very small - it'd be tiny for 2 people. No access to a fridge was a bit of a pain (basic cooking access would be a huge benefit in Rome!).

The location was perfect right in the middle of everything.

I think there should be a refregerator in the rooms so we can store some milk and water or some fruits

Loved the room which was small, but managed to squeeze everything in, in a delightful manner. Loved the little mezzanine bed and the wash basin above us.

Liked the family room on two floors.

Lots of stairs to reach the room. Could be a problem for some people to get their luggage up.

You can't beat the price for the location this hotel is in! Close to major attractions but it was on a lovely street with lots of cafes and boutiques. But we did not hear any street noise at night! Would highly recommend it!

Had to carry luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

The location was superb and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Parking is about 20mins walk if you're driving to Rome, so a bit tricky with suitcases.

clean room NO fear of bed bugs at all judging by sheets and bed pretty secure 24h front desk busy touristy area sink in the room

3 locked doors between the street and my room, but 1 or 2 were always open sheets were never cleaned in 4 days shared bathroom isn't paradise - about what I was expecting room quite small

The hotel is situated in the very city centre, with main attractions (except Vatican) situated within 15-20 mins walking distance (starting from Spanish steps, which are just a minute away, Pantheon - 5 mins etc). Not far from gorgeous Borgeeze Park, 3-5 mins from underground station. As this area is surrounded by expensive clothes shops, the food in the nearest cafes is quite pricy (6-8€ per plate), so I would advise to have a 10 min walk into smaller streets to find a less tourist-filled places, which are a little cheaper. Also you can buy superior quality food from the supermarket, which there are few nearby. Despite being situated in the very centre of Rome, the hotel is very quiet and no city noise comes in. The stuff is very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are small (sometimes tiny), but clean and kinda cosy. There is an air conditioner, which is a life saver.

The only thing I didn't like was a cockroach in the common shower room, which I once saw late at night, but he seemed very shy and polite and tried not to bother me. No insects in your living room (I am very strict about that).

The location is very central, near the Spanish steps. It's easy to get to the main tourist attractions. The A/C worked which was important.

The elevator was broken when we arrived, and even when it works you have to walk up one flight of steps. The wifi worked most of the time but there were gaps. The block the hotel is on is a walking area only lined with restaurants so unless you arrive by taxi you have to carry your luggage from a block away.

    - Location. Close to the metro, restaurants, historical sites (almost everything was walking distance) - Bathroom in the room. - Knowledgeable staff for directions and advise.

    - Shower: the door was extremely thin. Thankfully I'm not a big man or the shower wouldn't have been possible. - Design wasn't great. The bathrooms for neighbouring rooms wasn't side by side. Instead the bed was right beside the bathroom of the neighbouring room so all toilet flushing, showers, and other loud noises were a bit disturbing. - There was an elevator but it was between floors. Had to climb a whole flight of stairs to get to it and then when you get out, you climb another flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance (on 2nd floor - 3rd for those from North America)

Staff went out of their way to answer all our picky questions. My room had a great view of the street. We had TVs on request. I really loved this property and would even try to plan my trip around staying here again.

The hair dryer in the bathroom wasn't powerful enough.

Difficult carrying all of the luggage up and down the flights of stairs.

location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, near station, taxi very accessible

hallway can only fit one person, difficult if you have luggages because of staircase, don't get room with loft-has narrow spiral staircase and bathroom very small your head hits the ceiling.

The room was well appointed. Well designed use of an unusual shaped room. Even though it was looking onto the street it was surprisingly quiet. Lovely ensuite bathroom. The staff were helpful. The location was perfect were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to visit.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities for a refreshing start and end to the day.
