“El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la plaza del Duomo, dónde se halla una de las principales catedrales de la ciudad. Cuenta con ascensor, cosa poco probable entre los hoteles de la zona.”

L'Hotel Panorama es troba en un palau del segle XIX construït quan Florència era capital d'Itàlia i ofereix una vista única sobre la cúpula. El Panorama gaudeix d'una ubicació cèntrica i està rodejat de diversos monuments històrics d'importància. L'Hotel Panorama disposa de 31 habitacions moblades de manera moderna. Moltes, sobretot als pisos superiors, tenen una vista espectacular sobre la ciutat. A l'última planta de l'edifici, hi ha una bonica terrassa parcialment coberta per una encisadora veranda on se serveix l'esmorzar al matí i on podreu gaudir d'unes postes de sol increïbles mentre preneu una copa. We loved our stay. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The owner's art work in the rooms and the public spaces is original and quirky, and makes it a very special place. Great that it is eco friendly too. The place is relaxed, with a mixed crowd of all ages. And it is great that the rooms are sound insulated. Good for a busy hotel in a central location. Our room was spacious with a good view of the Duomo. There was nothing we did not like.

The location was fantastic and the "room with a view" was exactly as promised - a great view. The rooms were clean and functional. The shower worked and there was plenty of hot water (very important!). Those who manned the reception desk were all very helpful and obliging. Would definitely come back again! The two or three mosquitoes in our room which refused to be caught!

The hotel is a little bit 'no frills' but all in all the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the location is excellent. The views from most of the rooms are really lovely too. By Florence standards the price per night is competitive as well.

Within walking distance of the Duomo and several great attractions. I liked the coffee bar in the reception area. It was surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel. We had a little trouble finding the hotel as the sign is tiny - we drove straight past it! Also, the hotel is on a street which is signed for authorised vehicles only - we did not realise that we could drive there if we had a booking. So, getting there was a bit harder than we would have liked, but once there it was pleasant, clean and quiet.

Almost everything was perfect, staff spoke pretty good English for Italians :), the hotel is walking distance from all main sights, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the breakfast is sufficient (not only coffee and cornetto as you might expect in Italy) We only found our matresses too soft, but that is a matter of opinion also

The staff was nice and helpful, the location is close to the center but quite The manager wasn't very nice, refused to turn on the heating even when it was cold in the room. the bathroom was really small.

Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Florence. Friendly receptionists. Free wifi. Clean and big room. Nice breakfast in a room with a beautiful panorama over the city from the fourth floor. Small shower. Small lift. Not always good wifi connection. We could not find the hotel at first while it is nearby the busstop St Marco. Tip: look at a map before you leave.

Very simple, but clean room with a great view of rooftops and steeples, and located in a more quiet neighborhood than close to the railroad station. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The price is good for the budget minded traveler. If the elevator door is not completely closed when the elevator is stopped on an upper floor, it is not in service and you have to walk up the stairs.

There was low price for close location to the historical center of the city in comparison with other hotels of Florence of the same class. A beautiful view was from the breakfast terrace. There was the poor breakfast. The slippery tiles were on the floor, no carpet. The parking costs from 26 euro, not 20, as indicated in the description of the hotel. Check-in Wi-Fi network is to be paid.

Restauant on the roof with wonerfool view. Very good wi-fi. Near the centre of Fierenze. There isnt hotel car or bicycle parking, the city car parking costs 27 EURO/24 hours.

Very good location, great breakfast, very mice staff, a/c, tv properly working. Big room space. Good price/quality ratio Nearby bus station with many lines - loud. Toilet smell cleaner machine vety loud. Tiles floor in room, no carpet.

A very good location with a beautiful panorama in the restaurant. The bus for the train station stop near and you can walk for all the objectives. Helpful staff wich offers a lot of information. The brekfast was more than typical italian breakfast, not only with sweets. The rooms are beautiful decorated.

Very good location, ideal hotel for one or two days trips to Firenze - you can reach the whole city center just by comfortable walking. Simple but fully functional equipment corresponds with the 2 star category. Excellent price to performance ratio. Nice and helpful staff. Parking in the neighbourhood is virtually impossible, but the hotel staff organized parking in the public garage. Internet connection, although free, had very low speed and reliability. In our rooms (we had two) was the connection virtualy impossible, we have to move into the corridor to catch some signal.

The room, very cozy, so modern designed, very comfortable, clean, the furniture brand new and the free WiFi extremely fast.
