The staff were very nice. Always had our key ready for us when we arrived back at the hotel. Breakfast room had an excellent view. Free wi-fi in the rooms. The hotel room had a strange smell. The pillows were very thin and the bed rock hard. Definitely a 2 star hotel. |

The receptionists are kind. The location is not far from the city center, it takes only 20 minutes's walking. The room is tiny, especially the bathroom, hard to turn around in it. The service is minimum. They even don't have real towels. And you have to wait several minutes for hot water. Not recommended. |

The location was nice The "18euros parking near the hotel" is not quite right! The nearest where you pay 18euros is minimum 15' walking distance. And if you have a car it's better to avoid Florinze in total or park far away the center! Don't enter in!!! I asked for internet at the reception but I never got it! They also had a bad habbit to lock the elevetaro so it cannot go higher than the 2nd floor. |

The location was excellent for visiting Florence's major attractions and you can walk to the train station. Breakfast was more substantial than the usual included breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was very simple but was clean and offered a nice breakfast,The woman at the front desk tried to help suggest to my friend and I things to do and see around the city but wasn't as informed on local places for the younger crowd. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which was a bit of a hassel when trying to ensure we were in the right place. |

The view was a great surprise! We were on the 4th floor and had a window that opened to the terrace. We could see the Duomo and belltower from there which was cool. It was a few minutes walk to the Duomo and very well lit during the night. |

The location is really great. Just 5-7 minutes walk from the Duomo and 2-3 from Academy Gallery. The staff is very nice. Breakfast was better than expected (for this category of the hotel for sure). From the terrace where breakfast is served Duomo can really be seen (and oppositly if you have a good camera and good telelens you can easily make some pictures from the Dome of the place where you used to eat. Useless, but romantic )). Despite the fact the building is very old there was still an elevator - small, but better than nothing. In general, can recommend this hotel if you want to see the town. Well, it was rather noisy in the evenings (esp. Friday and Saturday). But it is not surprising when booking a hotel in the center. You should be attentive and inform the personnel if you came by car nearby to deliver luggage - the center of Florence is a zone of limited traffic and reserved for residents only. As far as I understand they need to inform local authorities so, that you don't get a fine. However, it is not a big problem. Good value for money. |

very helpful and friendly staff; good breakfast; good location Not the hotel's fault, but be aware that parking is not allowed in the whole center of Florence. Guarded parking lot in about 1,5 km distance, but you'll have to budget some 18 Euro per day. |

Clean rooms, good/fresh choice at breakfast. Noise from buses at side of hotel. Price was expensive even though we booked 9 months in advance. |

This hotel is very convenient for visiting the Florence Duomo, being just a 5 minute walk away. The room we had is very comfortable, and the air-conditioned a godsend in the September heatwave! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the cafe with an informal library of useful books is a good idea. The view of the Duomo from the breakfast cafe is superb. A great stay, and very good value. |

The location was quite good as was very close to the Duomo and the museum l'accademia and all other sights are in walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice. Did not have a hotel feel as the reception was on the second floor and the rooms were unusual, quite basic. |

The staff were very friendly, obliging and extremely helpful. The view from the breakfast room over Florence's rooftops is a magnificent way to start the day. The Panorama is also in a very handy location, just a short walk to the Duomo and not too far from the railway station. |
