The location is good

Although it has WIFI around, but the connection is very unstable, and the download speed varies. Sometimes, it is not possible for us to connect up to the WIFI.

Stuff are friendly and helpful. Location is great, just within 10min walk towards cathedral. Quite and good view.

breakfast room was the best part of the hotel

The staff went the extra mile and you really felt like a valued customer. Rooms were clean tidy and everything you want. Views are excellent and the breakfast choice was really good. Particlarly as my girlfriend is coeliac and they catered to that brilliantly. Loved Florence, loved staying here.

Its very near to Mark's square. But little far from station.

the worst part: twin bed means two single beds are put together. And there is no kettle in the room (although you can ask for hot water in reception)

The room was little but comfortable, clean. The atmosphere was quiet. The position was great. Even the breakfast was good.

Will love to recommend this hotel . Lady at reception is very helpful and shared the city sights in details. You can walk to Duomo in 10-15 mins & Uffiji museum in 20 minutes. Train station 15 mins. Breakfast was very tasty and good variety( I loved the panoramic terrace & lemon cakes :)) Room and bathroom are colorful and comfortable. You don't require to buy the bus tickets as all good sights are on walk able distances.

Ideally There was nothing bad with hotel , we found everything very nice except some minor problems like : Internet wifi not reachable till room( have to use in reception area) Blankets provided was quiet hard. Rooms are little cold & heating was weak.

This is not a 3 star hotel!!! I doubt if it qualifies for a 1 star! Furniture old, not so clean, not spacy and breakfast very poor. When I compare this hotel to 3 star hotels in Belgium, I wonder how hotels are rated in Italy. The discounted price is more that the value of the hotel. The price we paid was more than what this hotel is worth. To think that it was a discounted price!! The room was cold and I asked the reception to check. It took him more than 2 hrs to respond. The internet was a pain sometimes. Other times it worked well. I will never stay in this hotel again. This is the first critical review I have ever given to any hotel I have stayed in in Europe.

Wonderful staff - so helpful and friendly!They found us a lovely local trattoria on our first evening, with delicious inexpensive food and waiters in witches' hats for Hallowe'en. It was a real advantage to be able to leave our luggage on our last day, when we had an evening flight. And the central location was perfect - everywhere easily accessible on foot. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are quite basic, with decor which cannot have been changed since the 70's. However, the view from the window more than made up for this

Our stay at Hotel Panorama was excellent, it was just a short walk to the old town and Duomo area. We were met on arrival by Christine and she was so helpful it was unbelievable. She mapped out an entire list of things for us to do, while giving us a brief background on each location and a walking route for the city. She also recommended a restaurant, that turned out to be incredible. She went out of her way to help us, especially with my wife feeling under the weather. She on two occasions went and got hot water for us, so my wife could take medicine. Our room was very clean and had nice art work, which was done by Christine. Wi-Fi worked good in room, definitely recommend hotel!

Location, service price

The mattresses are so hard. Parking cost almost like a price of a night.......

Close to the city center

Ordinary hotel. The panoramic view actually was not very panoramic....

The Location is excellent for travellers you can take bus number 14 from Firenze Station is approx 3 stops to get to San Marco Piazza (4min journey) and then a 2 minute walk to the hotel from there. however we walked most of the days to the station anfd back and take 10 mins maxium to do if you dont get lost, the hotel has free Wifi and offers a exceptable buffet style continental breakfast running from 8am-10am ,then also has a small bar and you can purchase water and beer to take back to your room also , the staff were friendly and were able to offer help where needed , we were also able to leave our luggage on checkout and collect later on our way home

the furniture is the room was dated if could do with being more modern but no big problem as we just slept there and were out most of the days

My room is facing the main street, very noisy at early morning.

It was quite central. Nothing more positive to say really.

We arrived to a very unpolite woman in the reception. The other staff were friendly. The pictures from the internet looked much nicer than the actual hotel. Dead bugs on the wall, very depressing room and the air- conditioning were locked to 24 c, which felt a lot warmer. The breakfast were not good. Everything had a lot of sugar in it, and the drinks were left out so they were warm. This hotel was one of the poorer hotel we have stayed in for the price. I dont recommend it!

The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh when we checked-in. The room has the two most important things when you visit Italy in August. Air-conditioning and a fridge. The breakfast was alright, couldn't ask for more.

This hotel is good but you can surely get something cheaper which includes the same facilities, if you are trying to save some cash. The rooms are fully air conditioned although they don't contain a safe (this is in reception), the breakfast is pretty basic (basic continental), the location is fantastic although the rooms really are very basic. I would stay here again as there is nothing wrong with this hotel at all, it just feels like you can get something cheaper which would offer exactly the same thing.
