Hotel Panorama

Access to visit Venice city center is excellent, and staff were also very friendly & helpful for us. Room rate was also very affordable & room was also enough big. So, overall this is well balanced hotel. ( Actually this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Since we're very much satisfied with this hotel last time, so we invited our friends to stay again this time. They were also happy to stay at this hotel!)

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English well. They were always asking us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The fact that the hotel is situated right in front of the Lido vaporetto stop is a bonus. Decor of room was pretty and the bathroom was quite big.

I stayed in Lido during the fall so by 7pm, there were mosquitos swarming. The staff did a good job of closing our shutters before sunset but we would have mosquitos in our room. Also, there was no clock in our room so if it wasn't for our cell phones, we would not know what time it was.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, great position, attentive staff, immaculately clean and fantastic base to enjoy Venice from.

Coffee in the machine at breakfast -you need to ask the staff for the real thing!

The hotel was very near the waterbus and although i wanted to visit Venice the peacefulness of Lido was very welcome in the evening when it was time to relax the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

would have loved to be able to get breakfast on the morning of departure as we had to leave the hotel at 6.30 for Treviso airport it took us 2 hours to get there so we would have loved to get a hot drink [tea or coffee]to start the journey.

Location of the hotel was very good. Room was cosy and well decorated. Staff very friendly. Overall very good.

minor points - breakfast was very basic. Would have been nice if there was hot food and dessert. Also the double bed was made with two single matresses put together so was slightly uncomfortable.

Friendly atmosphere and staff, away from the centre of city but very easy to reach via the water-bus service from the stop almost opposite. The views of the city from the hotel are great.

Freundliches Personal, Komfortable Zimmer

Sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Dame/Herren der Rezeption – besonders Herrn Eugenio – mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen, guten Ausflugstipps. Sehr gepflegtes und gut geführtes Haus. Kinderfreundlich.

Perfekte Lage für unseren Besuchsgrund, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, nettes Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht - direkt vom Bett den Campanile am Markusplatz zu sehen erlebt man nicht alle Tage, wunderschöne Terrasse.

Hoteleigener Parkplatz sehr klein, extrem ruhebedürftig sollte man nicht sein, denn das Leben der Vaporettostation pulsiert direkt vor dem Fenster (diese sind allerdings sehr schallhemmend).

Der Empfang war freundlichst, das Zimmer komfortabel, die Nacht ruhig, das Frühstück reichhaltig, Parkplatz und Tiefgarage bestens.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas verzwickt, wird aber dadurch, dass man des Hotel bereits von der Straße aus sieht, erleichtert.
