Access to visit Venice city center is excellent, and staff were also very friendly & helpful for us. Room rate was also very affordable & room was also enough big. So, overall this is well balanced hotel. ( Actually this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Since we're very much satisfied with this hotel last time, so we invited our friends to stay again this time. They were also happy to stay at this hotel!) |

nice room, very clean, (incl bathroom compared to other places in venice). I like it when they close the window sheds for you in the evenings. convenient location, quiet - in direction of side street. breakfast could be more extended ( in variety and duration), limited multilingual tv channels |

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English well. They were always asking us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The fact that the hotel is situated right in front of the Lido vaporetto stop is a bonus. Decor of room was pretty and the bathroom was quite big. I stayed in Lido during the fall so by 7pm, there were mosquitos swarming. The staff did a good job of closing our shutters before sunset but we would have mosquitos in our room. Also, there was no clock in our room so if it wasn't for our cell phones, we would not know what time it was. |

We liked the convenience to the vaporetto stop. The staff were very friendly. It was a lovely location for a quiet break from the centre of Venice. |

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, great position, attentive staff, immaculately clean and fantastic base to enjoy Venice from. Coffee in the machine at breakfast -you need to ask the staff for the real thing! |

The hotel was very near the waterbus and although i wanted to visit Venice the peacefulness of Lido was very welcome in the evening when it was time to relax the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. would have loved to be able to get breakfast on the morning of departure as we had to leave the hotel at 6.30 for Treviso airport it took us 2 hours to get there so we would have loved to get a hot drink [tea or coffee]to start the journey. |

The rooms, staff and convience to Venice The breakfast coffee machine. They had a very nice cappaccino machine that they never used unlike our other hotels on Italy. Kind of strange |

Location of the hotel was very good. Room was cosy and well decorated. Staff very friendly. Overall very good. minor points - breakfast was very basic. Would have been nice if there was hot food and dessert. Also the double bed was made with two single matresses put together so was slightly uncomfortable. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, curtious, and friendly during our stay. This hotel is directly across from one of the main lines for your personal boat trips to Venice, and very close to the others lines. The hotel is close to the main shopping area on Lido as well. Because we were very close to the boats, we heard the louder late night passengers arriving at the dock. The entire third floor temperature was set at 22C and very hot during our stay. The A/C in the room did not work. There was only one Highchair. |

Friendly atmosphere and staff, away from the centre of city but very easy to reach via the water-bus service from the stop almost opposite. The views of the city from the hotel are great. |

the location and the sight view is excellent, the man at the reception is always friendly and helped me a lot. the breakfirst is very good. though the moist atmosphere, everything is dry and clean. |

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Perfekte Lage direkt an der Vaporetto-Station (allerdings muss man dabei als "Kehrseite" einen gewissen Geräuschpegel auch nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern in Kauf nehmen) Das insgesamt recht gute Frühstücksbuffet wäre mit weniger harten Brötchen noch einen Tick besser. Internetnutzung ist relativ teuer. |

Mir hat es gut gefallen. Lage und Personal sehr gut. Schönen Blick nach Venedig. Schöne Terasse mit Blick auf das Geschehen am Kai .Zimmer schön und sauber ausgestattet.Rezeption spitze und sehr hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps. Nachts war es manchmal laut wegen dem Schiffs- und Straßenverkehr. |

Perfekte Lage für unseren Besuchsgrund, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, nettes Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht - direkt vom Bett den Campanile am Markusplatz zu sehen erlebt man nicht alle Tage, wunderschöne Terrasse. Hoteleigener Parkplatz sehr klein, extrem ruhebedürftig sollte man nicht sein, denn das Leben der Vaporettostation pulsiert direkt vor dem Fenster (diese sind allerdings sehr schallhemmend). |

Der Empfang war freundlichst, das Zimmer komfortabel, die Nacht ruhig, das Frühstück reichhaltig, Parkplatz und Tiefgarage bestens. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas verzwickt, wird aber dadurch, dass man des Hotel bereits von der Straße aus sieht, erleichtert. |
