The hotel was very near the waterbus and although i wanted to visit Venice the peacefulness of Lido was very welcome in the evening when it was time to relax the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. would have loved to be able to get breakfast on the morning of departure as we had to leave the hotel at 6.30 for Treviso airport it took us 2 hours to get there so we would have loved to get a hot drink [tea or coffee]to start the journey. |

The rooms, staff and convience to Venice The breakfast coffee machine. They had a very nice cappaccino machine that they never used unlike our other hotels on Italy. Kind of strange |

Location of the hotel was very good. Room was cosy and well decorated. Staff very friendly. Overall very good. minor points - breakfast was very basic. Would have been nice if there was hot food and dessert. Also the double bed was made with two single matresses put together so was slightly uncomfortable. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, curtious, and friendly during our stay. This hotel is directly across from one of the main lines for your personal boat trips to Venice, and very close to the others lines. The hotel is close to the main shopping area on Lido as well. Because we were very close to the boats, we heard the louder late night passengers arriving at the dock. The entire third floor temperature was set at 22C and very hot during our stay. The A/C in the room did not work. There was only one Highchair. |

Friendly atmosphere and staff, away from the centre of city but very easy to reach via the water-bus service from the stop almost opposite. The views of the city from the hotel are great. |

the location and the sight view is excellent, the man at the reception is always friendly and helped me a lot. the breakfirst is very good. though the moist atmosphere, everything is dry and clean. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location for visiting Venice with the opportunity to get away from the crowds at times. Very small rooms for their price bracket. The bathroom only had a shower cubicle which was also quite small - and we are not big people. The airco was not great and the breakfast buffet was poor. This all compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. We expected more for a dayly rate 3-4 times higher than other 4* hotels in other cities even with the film festival on the island. |

ausgezeichneter Komfort des hotel. Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer sowie des Bades. Direkt an der Vaporetto Station zum markusplatz gelegen. Ausgezeichnets frühstücksbüffet welches auch auf der terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune eingenommen werden kann. |

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick nach Venedig. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, auf die man sich setzen kann und dem Treiben unten auf der Straße zusehen und einen tollen Blick nach Venedig genießen kann. Verkehrsgünstig, denn die Vaporettostation liegt direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Zimmer sind superschön eingerichtet und klimatisiert. |

Sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal, optimale Lage gegenüber der Fähre nach Venedig und im Zentrum, von der Terasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Lagune. Die Brötchen beim Früstück waren sehr hart und es gab nie ein Frühstücksei, ansonsten war alles vorhanden von Müsli über Obst bis Wurst, Käse und Kuchen. |

war begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter (prompte e-mail Antworten, proaktiv Informationen gegeben / Fähre, Lage, Plan, etc.). Frühstück war super für italienische Verhältnisse - ausser der Automaten-Cappucino, der jedoch ohne murren durch den "guten" ersetzt wurde. Blick auf Lagune war traumhaft, tolle Lage, da in der Nähe ferry boat und Wassertaxi. |
