Pulito La scortesia alla reception e alla mia richiesta di aria condizionata in camera ho avuto in risposta un "vedremo se si puo' accendere" che si e' tresformato poi in un nulla di fatto dormendo con la finestra aperta e la stanza calda.Poi secondo il mio giudizio non posso collocare l'hotel in 4 stelle.

Siamo stati benissimo, accolti in maniera egregia da tutto lo staff, sono sempre stati a nostra disposizione. Camera: pulita, affaccio giardino e piscina, bagno pulito e con una grande doccia. Colazione abbondante e molto buono con prodotti freschi e profumati che fanno venire voglia di continuare a mangiare. Piscina bellissima, non enorme ma adatta al contesto, acqua sempre fresca e pulita e ottimo anche l idromassaggio. Posizione spettacolare con affaccio sul mare. Parcheggio hotel economico e striscia blu a tariffa agevolata,ottimo tutto. Quando saremo a Sorrento soggiorneremo sempre al Panorama Hotel

La posizione dell'hotel e ottima per chi desidera passare trascorrere un week-end tranquillo in coppia e vicinissimo alla spiaggia le camere sn vivibili anche se la struttura non e piu tanto nuova ma tutto sommato per quanto si paga e accettabile

Nice view from the room, free Wi-Fi in the bar, the Hotel Manager is really kind (though other staff is reserved and they rarely smile). We booked a sea view room with double bed, and received a room what was facing to a tree and had 2 single beds, but after complaining this was solved and we got a better room. In this case the Hotel Manager was really helpful and kind, though only she speaks English well, other staff do not, and the other receptionists were not really helpful, we needed to ask for everything (like discount on the beach for the guests and password for the Wi-Fi network). The sea view rooms are not quiet, there is a real mess in the evening under the windows. The pool can be used only after 9:30 a.m., so you can forget swimming before breakfast. The air conditioning is working only after about 2-3 p.m. Overall the hotel is not a 4* one, it is rather an average 3*. It is not the hotel's fault but the beach is a bit expensive, at other places it is usually free (or I was lucky until now :)). After all if you are flexible then this can be a nice place for a short vacation...
