Breakfast is poor, room are smell, minibar empty, TV - old 15 years. It is 2 star hotel, not 4 star. Avoid. |

Competent and helpfull staff, good location close to the park and town center but relatively quiet, always most of sunbeds by the swimming pool vacant rooms reqiuire refurbishing, continental breakfasts |

Friendliness of staff. It was the best value hotel that had a pool that you had on your website.. Good restaurant and excellent evening meals. breakfast was adequate, and served beside the pool. parking on site was free. Bathrooms were a bit dated, but clean. |

the swimming pool was great and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. the location of the hotel is excellent, and the hotel stuff was very kind we got 2 rooms conected for parents and 2 kids/ the rooms were very very small. we almost didnt stay at the room because of that |

Family friendly. There was not sufficient air-conditioning in the rooms. The fan in the air condition also made such terrible noise that we had to turn it off during the night to get some sleep. We stayed for six nights and did not get new sheets once during this periode. The dinner in the restaurant was overprised: 25 Euro each for adults and for kids that did not even order main course. |

Great breakfast, nice pool, kind and polite stuff....Na Italii velmi bohata snidane, hezky bazen, personal i v horku porad v obleku, proste ctyri hvezdicky jak maji byt..... ;-) Jelikoz je hotel starsiho data (odhaduji leta osmdesata), ucinnost klimatizace na pokoji je prinejmensim sporna. Ovsem elegantnim resenim je nechat docela obycejne otevrene okno, nebot ve vnitrozemi se z dennich 35 stupnu stane v noci prijemnych 20, takze nakonec vse v pohode. |

het meer dan uitstekende en vriendelijke personeel de werking van airco en koelkast op de kamer maar dit werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het vriendelijke personeel maar je moet natuurlijk ook naar de prijs van de kamer kijken dus heb je niets te klagen |

Очень хороший отель. Нам достался замечательный номер: очень светлый, просторный, 2 ванные комнаты (в одной из них джакузи). Прекрасный панорамный вид на кусочек Тосканы, на горы, на город на горе (мы жили на 4 этаже). Можно сидеть на лоджии, есть виноград, наслаждаться видом, наблюдать как фуникулер медленно шествует по горе вверх-вниз. Также порадовало то, что благодаря немаленькому окну можно лежать на кровати и любоваться видом на зеленые горы. Завтрак подавался прямо у бассейна. Минус - маленький бассейн. |

Le cadre et le décor de l'hotel , la piscine , l'amabilité des personnels et leur disponibilité excellentes , la qualité des repas et le service , le cadre du restaurant et son coté feutré , et surtout les petits déjeuners copieux , complets et excellents au bord de la piscine et des plantations .sa situation hors de la ville et ses bruits Le personnel parle uniquement l'italien ou l'anglais . surtout le personnel de la réception qui devrait parler plusieurs langues ; ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas pu nous exprimer sur les défauts de la chambre , c'est à dire : pas de clim éfficace ( soufflerie bruyante) la salle d'eau pas ventilée et etouffante de chaleur et d'humidité ; les bruits du matin ( poubelles ) qui réveillent |
