It is a quaint little place, very special and unique and within a very short time one is engulfed in the special atmosphere of Rome. The reception was friendly and professional. The taxi driver could not find the Inn! After wondering around the courtyard and wondering "am I in the right place?", I eventually ventured up 3 flights of marble stairs before finding the reception. It would have been more convenient if there was a sign in the courtyard. The price for the room, a little doublebed room and the mediocre breakfast was on the exorbitant side. Too high even though it is in the city.

The location is spectacular! Step out of the front door, and you can see The Pantheon...only a hundred yards or so away. Also right next to a beautiful church we walked in on while the choir was singing late at night. Beautiful! Great area to walk from and experience all of the sights in Rome! I wish there was a view of something from our own room...unfortunately there was not...

Central, inexpensive. Not famous for their breakfast for sure, hotel is in some floor of a residential building. It's very nice, but it doesnt look like a hotel at first, reception is tiniest i've seen in my life, quality 4 stars, service definitely not 4 stars. In some rooms wifi does not work.

The location (one block from the Panthenon) was perfect. Yowling cats and drunken Romans making noise at 2:00 a.m.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from the Santa Lucia rail station. Lack of elevators (and our room was on the 3rd floor!)

Very impressed all round. Clean, recently re-furbished rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and copious continental breakfast. Right in the centre of Rome in a house lived in by Garibaldi, one of the founding fathers of Italy. The unusual but charming lay out of the building really gives you the feel of actually living in Rome rather than just being a tourist in a hotel. I would recommend the Pantheon Inn very highly. Only one small thing - the numerous attempts by staff to convince me to book a taxi to the airport for 50 euros.

1. The staff was helpful (always with a smile) 2. the location is perfect (in the center of all sightseeing's) 1. Bugs - I left rome with stings of bugs and had to take medicine-pill when I came back. 2. the hot water was enough only for the one of us..(the other had to wait) 3. room as not as luxurious they appear at the fotos 4. breakfast doesnt include small pizzas, or panini (only croissant, bread and ) - i mean it was really poor for the money we paid for its night (105 euro per night) 5. the closet was smelling bad and the clothes we put in were stinging us afterwards.

The location was really good. Had a tv with lots of channels. Staff were neither here nor there. They weren't bad but weren't super friendly. The breakfast was pretty poor. Bad machine coffee, mainly sweet breads that weren't great quality and some terrible machine juice. Room had a funky smell emanating from the bathroom, I think the drains. Walls were thin and you could hear people doing everything in the other rooms, from watching TV's to using the toilet.

Good location. Old (in a romantic way) house. Has an elevator. Pretty nice rooms. Close to many historical buildings. Not close to the Metro. Hard to find, there are no signs, just a door with a door bell. Too expensive.

Short stay in Rome. Had two (2) rooms neither of which looked like the hotel's advertized web page. A/c units did not work. Small room refrigerators did not work at all. TV/Cable access was 'out of service' more than functioning. Windows literally were open to the outside in that there was no window glass but merely a shutter. Lighting was dismall. Walls were bare without color or decoration. There was no 'business center' set-up to even print out airline boarding passes for the next day. The 'restaurant' was a joke. Stale breads. Processed ham and cheese slices. As a Marriott Platinum member and Hilton Silver member, this is the worst hotel that I have experienced in 30 years of travel.

Location was great, staff very helpful and lovely, ample breakfast.airconditioned rooms and accommodate families in one room.Small hotel . Hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport who never arrived and after phoning the hotel they said the driver doesn't work on Sundays so very annoying that they had confirmed the pickup with us by email prior to our arrival. We had to arrange our own transport so not a good start to our holiday.

The central location was perfect. We were steps away from everything in Rome. The Quad room held our family nicely and the staff and offerings were all in working order. Mini-fridge, safe, internet, breakfast were all good. Our room (#125)was under the breakfast area and at 7am there was no soundproofing (or sleeping) to buffer from the noise.

It is always a little shocking when being dropped of at the outside door - a small empty street with only a big green door and a small placard with the name written on it. Once inside, it's wonderful with great atmoshpere, nice rooms, and air conditioning. The location was amazing, 1 block from the Pantheon, walking distance to the Vatican and Coliseum. They will provide transportation to/from the airport and ship port, but make sure you shop around first for the best prices. The floor could use a good dusting.

The Pantheon Inn was in a perfect location and we were able to walk to all of the sights including the Vatican, Colloseum/Forum, Trevi fountain, Spainish steps and of course the Pantheon. It was extremely close to the Vibrant Piazza Navonna where we dined or just went for drinks. The hotel itself provided us with a very comfortable double room with excellent air conditioning and a useful little minibar. The small breakfast room provided fresh pastries, rolls, hams and cheeses along with coffee and juice and was plentiful. I would definately recommend and would use again. The only thing that was not perfect was that of the 1000+ tv channels there were not any in English ( apart from 1 channel of Bloomberg)!
