Pantheon Relais  

The staff was very good, the breakfast in the room was really convenient and the location was ideal.

The shower wasnt working properly, I could hardly get any hot water and if I did, the pressure was really low. The neighbourhood was way too noisy at night and I had trouble getting asleep.

The location was superb, one minute from the Pantheon and five minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Could not be better. And two great bars round the corner, where we got excellent service. Lovely breakfast in the room. Couldn't have asked for more.

The shower, over designed and didn't work properly, floor was saturated every time we used it. A minor thing though in our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Incredibly convenient location to sights. We asked for quiet room, and it was that.

The quirky design and décor of the room. Very good facilities (TV and bathroom). Everything to a high specification. Breakfast selection- food very tasty and fresh. Location - close to some great restaurants, cafés and the general 'buzz' of a busy city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English very well. Very comfortable stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Just a slight shame about the view from window looking into a courtyard rather than the Pantheon Square, but not a huge issue. Shower leaked when in use. Had to use most of our towels to mop up the water. Difficult to locate light switch for light above the sink. Had to switch off the electricity for the room to turn it off for the night! Room was off the main reception, can hear the phone ringing etc. All in all, only minor issues and still had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely modern room. Ideal situation. Only 2 minutes walk to pantheon, 5 minutes to trevi fountain. We walked to all the sites. Nice and quiet. Look out for the small plaque on the door, easily missed!

It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was so good and plenty of everything as well. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well.

The only thing that was not good was in the bathroom- when taking a shower, the water leaked under the door and went out on tha bathroom floor. We put a towel there, so everything wouldn't be completely wet.

Staff were very friendly, the room was trendy and very clean. The location is about 50 meters from the Pantheon Square but despite being over a very busy street there was almost no noise.

The breakfast is just brought to your room on a tray with a very limited choice, there is no dining room etc. you select what you want the evening before on a card and hang it on the door then the staff ignore that totally and bring you what they like lol!!

The entire hotel was perfect from the moment we entered the reception. THe hotel is designed and furnished to a very modern and bespoke interior. The staff are excellent, with breakfast served in the room every morning. Super Hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal, its right in the middle of the town, with only a few short steps to alot of the main attractions, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc

Service and location really top! The rooms (Venus, Hermes) are unique (Jacuzzi, Turkish bath...).

There's a bar under the rooms and it's so noisy till 5 o'clock in the morning! Unfortunatly I can't recommend Panthein relais..

The hotel is small indeed, just four rooms. We had the smallest, Poseidon (wonder how he would react to that, as Venus is the biggest). That said, it is nice and tidy and as central as could be. Breakfast is served on a tray brought to your room, it is selected from a menu the evening before. We paid € 342 for two rooms which we must regard as a good deal as the market is. It is at via Pastini 119. Look carefully at the door and you will notice a small sign on the wall to the left of the entrace. The hotel is on first floor easily reached by a small flight of stairs. Silvia is very nice and takes good care of you.

Our bedroom did not have a proper shower, just a jaccuzi.

Wonderful location in the heart of Centro Storico, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room with huge bed, I would recommend it especially to the couples for a romantic trip :-)

The room was beautiful the decoration was amazing. The location was just 2 min from the pantheon and walking distance to all other attractions such as trevi fountain, corso and Spanish steps. Silvia was especially helpful.

Breakfast choices were limited but we love that it was sent to our room. Also we could hear people walking above us and im a light sleeper but this did not ruin our trip in any way. There were also no lifts which made it inconvenient to get our luggage up.

New boutique hotel with nice, romantic rooms. Friendly staff.

The location in Rome is great. Very close to Pantheon which is fabulous (be sure and go inside the Pantheon). This would be a good place for a short trip for couples who want a romantic get away. This is a very clean place with nice furnishings and very nice staff. Overall, we were pleased.

The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator so heavy luggage was a hassle. The rooms are nice but a little too cluttered with statues and decorations for my taste. Less deco would have made it easier with our luggage. The beds in Italy are very firm compared to beds in US (you will see this mentioned often if you do your research). I thought it was pricey however getting a room in the center of the tourist district is not easy and I think you have to pay more for this convenience.

Pantheon Relais is a boutique hotel conveniently located just around the corner from the Pantheon. It provides a perfect and much appreciated central location for starting a new journery around Rome each day. We stayed in the Venus suite for 5 days and we were happy with our accomodations. The room was true to the pictures provided on the booking sites and featured a large jacuzzi bathtub that came in very handy at the end of a long day of walking. We got a chance to see another room as well and everything was as advertised. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating (thank you Silvia!), and the room was cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast was served in our room each morning at a time designated by you and everything was delicious.

We had a few minor issues during our stay (we couldn't locate the airport shuttle, didn't have hot water one morning, and could hear noisy music during two of the nights), but the hotel and staff always quickly and appropriately reacted to the issues. These issues did not ruin our stay or change our opinion that Pantheon Relais is a great place to stay in Rome. For example, when we couldn't locate the shuttle, they provided a free cab back to the terminal at the end of our stay. When we were missing hot water they offered to have us get ready in another room, and quickly restored hot water. It is an older building and you'd expect a few issues here anf there. But the way the issues were handled shows the professionalism of the staff. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends. The only other thing to look out for is locating the hotel. There is a small sign next to a double door on a busy street. It took us a few minutes to locate even when we were just outside.

Personnel were friendly and flexible. Location is superb in the middle of everything.

- le manque total d'intimité entre chambres (très mal insonorisé) - le bruit de la rue : l'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne très sympathique mais un bar situé en dessous est très bruyant et met la musique très fort. - la porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas donc le manque total aussi d'intimité dans la pièce
