- Great location - Helpful staff, very friendly and speak good English - Breakfast was standard but delicious - Great value - Good amenities (wifi, jacuzzi)
Not many at all but, - air con was confusing and did not appear to work (it was winter, but a little stuffy in the room) - slightly strange smell, which dissipated after a while
Location, jacozi at room
We loved the location - break fast was very good - although the same each day and we stayed for 4 days. Excellent stuff - they were cleaning the rooms twice a day.
The standard rooms were very small amnd we had to upgrade.
The room was very elegant and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel location was perfect for visiting the sightseeings as plenty of them are few minutes away.
- Very nice interior - good cleaning service - perfect location... all important sights can be reached by foot
- wlan often lagging
Fabulous Hotel in an amazing location. Lovely room and really friendly, helpful staff.
Location was great, personel is so kind and every time they're ready to help, also restaurant which stated in front of hotel was really good and tasty, generally things were satisfactory.
Breakfast wasnt good enough, every morning we ate same thing,ı think that they have to add different kind of food. Also elevetor system was really old and need to improve. For ex. İt was unserviceable one day during my vacation.
This is a lovely hotel and we loved it. Location is amazing, rooms cleaned every day, staff friendly and helpfull, breakfast nice and all the tourist attractions are in walking distance or a short bus ride away. We will definately be back to this hotel.
Location is brilliant. View over the piazza from room 405 and being able to watch the visitors and buskers was a bonus. The room had a separate area with lounge, TV, sink, fridge and kettle. The building had a lift but we mostly used the stairs to get to our fourth floor room. A small courtyard area was a comfortable common space. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door, Scusate Il Ritardo, with the same owners as the hotel was a convenient place to eat although a little expensive for what was served. Always check the bill. Service at the restaurant was variable, with one member of staff being tempremental at times but that's Italy.
The hotel was a little bit had to find due to a lack of hotel signage. The entrance is a smallish doorway between two restaurants on Piazza Della Rotonda.
fantastic location with the pantheon right at your window
compact room considering 880euro for three nights
Location is ideal and in walking distance of most city centre attractions.
My room was so small it was difficult to get around the bed. The shower was difficult to access, squashed in between the bed and a wardrobe. More significantly, there was only a tiny window affording little to no natural light. My colleague had a better sized room although, again, hardly any day light.
You can not beat this hotel for the location, everything is on your doorstep. Our bedroom was overlooking the square and it was brilliant listening to all the different singers and people watching, your right in the middle of everything going on,just brilliant.
The only negative thing I would say was that our room and bathroom was quite small but this is due to staying in such an old building but everything was very clean and modern.
location and service
Hotel Name sign should be placed for customers to find the hotel easily
Room was very small
Noisy hotel. Jacuzzi leaks to bottom room, bad idea. If you have a complaint it has to be told over and over with apparently waiting for the final decision from as so called manager that we never did communicate with nor them with us.
Small room Tiny bathroom Terrible wi-fi
Helpful staff in the reception 24 hours. Great breakfast buffet. The location is also great, 15 minutes to the Colosseum, 20 to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants in the piazza and in the allies closeby.
Great location and nice surprise hot tub under the bed! The staff was great too. I loved looking out at the Pantheon.
The position has to be the best in Rome, overlooking the Pantheon and fountain. Easy walking to everything. The hotel is compact and has its own restaurant attached. Made the start to our European 5 week holiday perfect
the location is superb. Cant be better .right on the lovely pantheon square where all the action is. the rooms are so clean and tidy the staff are very helpful. breakfastis nice and to the point. if u dont mind walking, u can walk to the trevi fountain, pazza navona, and most other important attractions
I didnt like the idea of the jacouzi under the bed in a relatively compact room.beds are not very comfortable but size is good. I also didnt like the idea that the shower and the bathroom were seperate in the delux room. the hotel does not have a sign with its name on it.so u have to ask about it as soon as u get to the square.
Midway point between Roman Forum and Vatican, making it easy to walk to either location. Great place to end the day as well, taking a drink or snack in front of the Pantheon!
Magnificent area of Rome, view on Pantheon and Piazza Della Rotonda with the fountain. We loved almost everything there, very comfortable bed, choice of different pillows, nice bathroom. Nice and modern interior with the contrast of old architectural surroundings. Great breakfast and coffee and very helpful and nice people. Especially, the people at reception desk were very proffessional and willing to help. Btw, we had deluxe room and minibar was for free;) Reccomend to everybody.
Small shower and restaurant downstairs on the right from the hotel (belongs to the hotel)I did not like, food was good but personal was treating us like tourists that like fast food? Italy is like my second home, I know very well the language, culture, habbits but this was for me just pure tourist trap. Anyway, it's only restaurant, the overall grade for the hotel is A.
Loved everything, especially pillow menu and location
Location is 20mins walk from most attractions in Roma. View of pantheon and square added to the atmosphere from windows that opened and let the sounds of life waft up to the room. Amenities good, bed comfortable and breakfast adequate but not outstanding. Would recommend for travellers wanting a boutique style hotel with atmosphere.
Breakfast menu could have been a little better quality & variety. May be a little noisy if you want peace and quiet in evening (cafés operate until after midnight).
